We arrived just after 11am, due to an early Morning flight. Staff were very helpful and managed to get us into our room early. We also has an issue with noisy music from the next room at 6am, which was sorted out by staff within minutes of calling reception Ideally located for la ramble, airport bus, city tour buses and attractions

Very nice room and great location. The Staff was not friendly or helpful at all, actually very rude at times, would not stay there again. There are to many places that want the business and appreciate it.

Early check-in. Room with excellent view. Very comfortable king size bed. Staff hospitability and service. Ultramodern toilet/bathroom design not too comfortable. Lighting system too complex and not handy, toilet lights coupled with main lighting system.

Great location for tourists in Barcelona. People on the staff didn't try to help out. We were given a 50% off for dinner coupon, when we went to use it, we were told it doesn't apply to us since we had a party of 5 (applies to 4 or 6 though)! Even after bringing to the attention of front desk nothing happened, didn't even get a verbal apology! Pretty bad.

El personal que atendia en el front desk, y en el desayuno. Muy amables, y eficientes. El servicio de Room Service. Ademas, el hall, y equipamiento del lugar de desayuno, ( sillas de plástico, etc) no me los imaginaba en un hotel cuatro estrellas.

Great location. Very clean. Breakfast was 20euro. All I wanted and had was a cup of coffee and a roll and they tried to charge the full 20euro. I refused and after a lot of hassle they reduced the charge to 9euro.

The location was great! Very convenient to all the sites of Barcelona and to the shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and well kept. Parking was a nightmare, but no more so than anywhere else in Barcelona. At least the hotel has an area of the garage that you can park in.

Location is superb: great view, transport hub, next to Rambla and shopping street. Friendly staff. Internet over WiFi is fast. Breakfast is good, but nothing special. WiFi signal in the room extremely weak.

The location was great and I like how close to everything and everywhere, metro station is very close, bank, shopping area and main site seeings. the staff was very helpful and smiley. room location and window view were amazing The housekeeping was poor. the floor was not mobbed well and used towels were left from the previous day unless we ask otherwise. bedsheets were left unchanged throughout the 5 days trip although we've asked many times.

Very central location, but my room was very quiet (inward facing atrium) No coffee making in the room - first time ever for me! Go to a hotel in the USA and see how they do it. No mirror over sink for shaving - right pain for a bloke
