The worst bed ever Bathroom door wont close probably Shower leaks water into the room !

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly! The hotel facilities were excellent.

There wasnt a pool that yoh could actualy use. They have an outdoor pool that was cold because its not heated and its very small

A very modern hotel with clean cut lines in al most every detail. I was in the OMM room quite spacious, with a view of the Main Street. A were well laid out room and has good lighting. Room service is very fast and attentive. Staff and service were great and very attentive. Room Amenities were also very good.

The only thing to note for those who care is that the shower is not enclosed in a space with a door, however is taking a private angle, and WC and bidet are in a separate section with door, away from the shower/sink.

Nice hotel, perfectly situated, modern design, some interesting ideas of organizing the room space.

My bed was not comfortable, and the mattress was too soft, me and my husband have got a backache after the first night on it.

Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful, despite our numerous requests for restaurant recommendations. Very convenient location with shopping, convenient stores, pharmacies all around the block.

Layout of the room is not user friendly, bathroom and sink separated. Details of the bathroom not well thought through and detail oriented - height of sink/angle of facet disproportion so water always get spilled, 2 hanging rails on wardrobe not 'deep' enough to hang big towels, no hanging hooks for bathrobe. Light control of entire room not well thought through as well, bathroom lighting only accessible on one side of bed. Overall room is not customer-centric enough. Quite 'cost conscious' when asked for plain hot water, was charged numerous times - Was told once that the charge is for the mug, and another time got charged for just plate and knife just to enjoy fresh fruits we got from the market.

The staff s are very friendly n helpful. The location is superb, n the room is quite big for European standard. The food is good.

The service at the restaurant and bar not really good. They ignored the guests n we had difficulty to get their attention.

A spacious room with modern fixtures, well located for sight-seeing or shopping.The bed was vey comfortable, and the lighting and temperature control were much better than usual. Restaurant Moo, located in the hotel, has excellent, innovative food, but at a very high price.

The room service menu is quite limited in selection, with very high prices. A small "bikini" sandwich (grilled ham and cheese) and a glass of wine will cost 20+ Euroes. Food quality from room service is high, however.

This is not a five star hotel by accepted international standards. The room was very poor.

Not good at all

Very convenient, few minutes walk to Casa Mila and Metro.

Room without sunlight was bad experience than expected. The room is too dark, and realized we need more light in human life.

Well located , very stylish and modern this is a luxury hotel in the real sense. Very contemorary comfortable rooms with all facilities. Some of the gadgets take a bit of getting used to- and finding the mini bar and wardrobes was a challenge! Lovely roof terrace with a lane/plunge pool. Ideal for relax or sundowner Very friendly efficient staff. Not the cheapest place in Barcelona but for a special treat...
