Location - it's very near to the Metro Station and to the CBD of Madrid.

There is no disposable slippers

staff was very friendly and polite. Buffet Breakfast was really nice (wide selection of everything;)) and location just about 7 min walk from Santiago Bernabeau metro station. Few restaurants/tapaz bar + super market near by hotel

Maybe they should change the TV's till something more modern.

The first time I was there for 2 days I was told breakfast was not included. Upon review of my reservation I found it was. The second time I spoke to a man at the desk early in the morning and he told me I would be refunded 2 breakfasts (15 euro +tax each) upon checkout. The woman at checkout argued and refused to credit me. I had a plane to catch. Please get me the credit so I don't have to contact the credit card company. This is bad policy on the part of the hotel.

Very quiet, great location

The only thing tha was good about this hotel was the location, as it was very close to where I wanted to be in madrid

Considering it is a four star hotel, it was a very poor fou star, more like a 2/3 star hotel. How can a fourstar hotel hoave air conditioning and advertis the fact, however only allow use after may !, I did not like the following 1. staff attitude. 2 cleanliness. 3. helpfulness of staff. 4. quality of bedding, and towels.. 5 very, very noisy.

Perfect location to the Bernabeu Stadium. Easy to reach from the airport.

Not accessible without climbing stairs, not ideal for a single with baby car.

Its very close to santiago bernabeu stadium, around 7-minute walking. Metro is just 500m away.. Just a few stops to Sol where u can shop and eat.. Nice place to stay at.. Very low density area.. Starbucks and grocery store are just across teh road..

It is really near the football stadium, which is handy

We were charged twice for IVA, online and then durin check out, plus charged for breakfast (was suppose to be included). Really bad communication between online booking staff and hotel staff!! we felt fooled.

Estubimos en la suite, y la verdad que muy bien, es enorme, la bañera de hidromadaje esta bien y la cama esta genial. El baño bien, bien equipado.

A lo mejor de noche se escuchan un poco el ruido exterior como sirenas d policias y demas pero estando en Madrid es normal. El garaje son 17€/ dia pero si vas en coche entre semana es casi obligarorio dejarlo ahi, a partir del sabado a las 15h ya se puede dejar en la calle porque no funcionan los parquimetros. La tv no dejaba o no reconocia un disco duro externo que llevamos para ver fotos y peliculas porque tiene un menu el propio hotel dentro d la tv que ocupa el canal av y no deja.
