Room was lovely, clean and tidy. Location was very good, close to Stadium and Metro, loads of local retaurants and shops, nice safe area and well policed etc Minibar was very expensive. Breakfast was not great really considering it is 4 star

Right next to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Not far from the Bernabeu Metro station. I felt a faint odour of old smoke in the room when I arrived.

Good breakfasts Good location in business area Comfortable rooms (a lot of space) Free WiFi on reception No WiFi in a rooms, but cable (ethernet) is available (quite expensive though). Magnetic cards-keys were demagnetized twice in a two days.

Friendly staff and the rooms were clean and tidy. Perfect location with a Tube stop 100 meters away. Parking charges and NO free wireless in the room. A 4-star hotel should offer free wireless and more when lots of business travellers stay there.

Great location bernabeu at the end of the road.no wifi but plenty of bars etc that have free wifi.easy.laid back and comfortable hotel .Rooms cleaned daily even after we had gone out mid day and they had already done their rounds.

Хорошее отношение персонала к гостям. Метро в 10-ти минутах неспешной прогулки. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Очень уютный, тихий номер с удобной кроватью. Wi-fi работал с перебоями, но не так важно, т.к. ехали за отдыхом.

La ubicación es magnífica, la habitación está genial, todo está muy limpio. La relación calidad/precio es estupenda. La ducha tiene un montón de presión, la cama es comodísima. El desayuno deja mucho que desear y si lo pagas a parte es carísimo. No hay Wifi, te dicen que hay cable pero cuando llegas allí lo tienes que pagar. El parking también es caro y muy estrecho.
