Nice staff, nice big room, comfortable bed, very good location, big bathroom. It was impossible to turn off the heating and the room was facing east making the room even warmer. |

Room was very nice (spacious, with nice bathroom). Very close to the Stadium Neighborhood was a little run down. the price for breakfast was outrageous. |

it was v near the Real madrid stadium and near a metro station. It has good pubs and restauants near by. V spacious bedroom and bathroom. All the tv channels were in spanish except for cnn. you have to pay for movies and music. |

Fantastic room, friendly and efficient staff who spoke good english, good location, close to the train station. Up-to-date films available to watch in room. Only english speaking TV channel was CNN - BBC World should have been available but was not tuned in properly |

Very confortable room, big and soft bed , easy to get around by public transport, free internet use in lobby, friendly staff. The rooms are not soundproof , if you are easily disturbed by noise it can be a problem . |
