Location

When we arrive at the hotel, the receptionist told us the hotel had another building and due to overbooking we had to go there. We had to walk there (since we had already parked close to the “original” hotel) and were very surprised to find just a building with no reception and no elevator. After climbing the stairs with all the suitcases, we entered the room… what a disappointment…! We called the hotel to inform them we would not stay and then the receptionist could find a room in the main building. The room was better, but not what we expected. Very warm, neither air conditioning nor ventilation and very noisy… and the price was quite higth… If we knew, we would have stayed in a B&B.

The room was well designed, with a double aspect which gave a nice breeze through the open windows and lovely views. It was very central and conveniently located. Also it is the only hotel in Tolosa - so we had no choice about staying anywhere else!

Although breakfast was included, breakfast was taken in the adjoining cafe. Only when we checked out were we told that there was a financial limit on the breakfast cost, and we were charged a supplement for going over that charge. We asked where breakfast was served, when we checked in, and it was the same receptionist on duty. It would be helpful to be told what we could have for breakfast that was included, to avoid paying an unnecessary supplement.

Tranquilidad

Hotel ubicato in un posto tranquillo e ben servito, con un ottimo ristorante e bar collegati, camere e bagni confortevoli, servizio e pulizia ok. Ben collegato con San Sebastian (circa 20 min. Di strada scorrevole)

El trato me parece estupendo.

Nos gusta este hotel por la ubicación y su calidad precio. Solemos hacer escapadas de fin de semana por el Goierri y como nos gustó la primera vez, hemos repetido.
