The hotel was friendly and we had a nice welcome, the room was spacious and clean. I chose it mainly because it was only 140mtrs from the railway station with ontime regular 1/2 hourly services to Donastia San Sebastion. The breakfast in the cafe was excellent and the resturant downstairs was very good as well. We were "fortunate" we stayed on the first night of the town carnival and were treated to a fantastic firework display which started at 11.00pm!!!!!!!!!! Overall a good place to stay if you want to visit San Sebastion but dont want to drive in or stay in Car parking was expensive in the Hotel car park at 12 euros per day

The room was well designed, with a double aspect which gave a nice breeze through the open windows and lovely views. It was very central and conveniently located. Also it is the only hotel in Tolosa - so we had no choice about staying anywhere else! Although breakfast was included, breakfast was taken in the adjoining cafe. Only when we checked out were we told that there was a financial limit on the breakfast cost, and we were charged a supplement for going over that charge. We asked where breakfast was served, when we checked in, and it was the same receptionist on duty. It would be helpful to be told what we could have for breakfast that was included, to avoid paying an unnecessary supplement.

We were satisfied for your service, specialy the preparation of our aperitive, also the breakfast was ok. What I did not like was the garage, expensive for what is was, and I had problems for entering and leaving the garage. None

Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, ideenreiche Innenarchitektur. Frühstück ist etwas sparsam ausgefallen, Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt.

La ubicación es buenísima, la limpieza también buena, los empleados muy amables y las habitaciones muy completas. La cama muy cómoda. No hay sitio cerca para aparcar gratis. Es un poco caro.

Nos gusta este hotel por la ubicación y su calidad precio. Solemos hacer escapadas de fin de semana por el Goierri y como nos gustó la primera vez, hemos repetido.

La ubicación, es lo único interesante del hotel, el resto nada. La relación calidad precio fatal, el espacio en la habitación mínimo, por no decir inexistente. Dicen que por hacer la reserva por internet tiene un precio mas bajo pero no es cierto porque desde el primer momento ponen el precio final. La habitación no tenía espacio suficiente para estar de manera cómoda, los armarios estaban empotrados detraes de la cama. La puerta de entrada abría hacia afuera porque no podía abrir para adentro. No nos dieron hoja de reclamaciones y la encargada no quiso atendernos

Het hotel ligt mooi centraal in Tolosa. Winkels en restaurants zijn allemaal op loopafstand. Weinig of geen parkeergelegenheid. De garage van het hotel heeft maar vier plaatsen en is erg krap.
