The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they also spoke good English. The young man on reception told us how to catch the bus to one of the famous monuments. The rooms were also spacious by European standards. Nothing, I was all good.

Good location, quiet room, pretty clean, WiFi is working well. Poor breakfast. The hairdryer was broken and nobody reacted on our compliance to repair it. No help with taxi arrangements, the lady .

Central location in the city July 2011 - roadworks in street outside window commence at 8am - long- term works building a tramline (due to last 18 months across the city, but I don't know about in the particular street of the hotel). Call the hotel to find out if they've finished yet!

The room and staff were really nice. The hotel is cosy. The receptionist really took her time for us and gave us all the info we needed. The location couldn't have been better. Internet is for free. (And all this for the price of an Amsterdam Youth Hostal dorm...) Breakfast was a bit basic. (No eggs or bacon, mini croissants, yoghurt and toast, fruit salad from a can)

The staff at the reception nice and helpful. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the city centre, close to Basilica Santa Pilar and EL Tubo - the old city. Shopping area begins across the street. Easy to be reached from the airport, 10 minutes walk from the terminus station of the airport express. It is clean and quiet if the room is facing the rear side. Try to avoid getting a room facing the noisy boulevard. Otherwise, it's a normal hotel, nothing fancy, good value for money for a city break.

Es la primera vez que me hospedaba en el Hoel Oriente y cuando vuelva a Zaragoza, si se me ajusta el precio, volveré a hospedarme. La limpieza de las ha bitaciones, la confortabilidad de ellas y la ubicación del hotel es determinante para elegirlo.

L'emplacement est excellent : entre la ville historique et la place d'Espagne où sont les commerces. Proche des transports. Avec nombre de restaurants et de cafés (dont mon préféré, place d'Espagne, jolie terrasse, ecellentes tapas ) alentours..Grande chambre. Le mini-bar, mal approvisionné. Et pas de voilages à la fenêtre.

Su situación, a un paso del Pilar y además es un hotel que está muy bien si se llega a Zaragoza en tren o autobus porque el bus nº 34 sale de la Estación de Delicias y te deja practicamente en la puerta del hotel. Nada, todo perfecto. Lo único que hubiera preferido que la cerradura sea de tarjeta para que no haya que pedir la llave cada vez que entras.
