Not very much

I've learned to read prevous reviews. They said difficult to find, it was almost impossible, erratic meal times and service. I was told restaurant re-opened at 7pm. When I went down a grumpy waitress said "no it was eight". So I went down at 8pm. The place was empty and I sat down a spainish man walked in just after. The waitress took his order, served his drinks and went. His food arrived and she then went into the bar to chat. I felt as if I was invisible. I was so cross going without dinner was better than putting up with such dreadful behavior and I walked out.

the bar staff in the hotel bar was not of a good standard for this hotel were very unhelpful but we still enjoyed our stay

Simple, business-like and reasonably priced

Location and lack of restaurants etc in the area around it. The hotel restaurant was closed when we arrived at 9pm and we had to travel many more miles to find a restaurant serving anything!

Smart design, very clean and functional

Almost impossible to find, google maps leads you to a rather grubby housing estate, the hotel is, bizarrely, in an industrial estate behind a petrol station about half a mile away. Also the restaurant closes on Friday at lunchtime and that's it till Monday morning!!

This hotel was very much the curate's egg. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the decor was modern and stylish and the location was very convenient for the Bilbao-Portsmouth ferry terminal. The restaurant/cafeteria menu was somewhat limited, but the food was good and reasonably priced.

Like so many modern hotels, little attention seems to have been paid to keeping out extraneous noise from the rooms! The bathroom was smart and modern - but no bidet, and nowhere to store toiletries. The reception area was like a freezer! And why do hotel car park deisgners always assume that visitors' cars have the ground clearance of a Jeep. I took another centimetre off the bottom of my silencer as I scraped over the ramp, and from the many marks on the concrete, lots of guests had done the same previously.

it is a good spot to have a break while travelling by car..in town cenger very good tapas and cheap..far better than the touristic spot like cordoba or granada...the style of the hotel is very nice ...parking is free and secure...not far by car from bilbao...not easy tk find on gps...

it is in a industrial kind of zone...not very nice surroundings...at 15 min by cad fo go to bilbao...hotdl interesting only if you have a car.

We chose the hotel as we were catching an early morning ferry the following day. It was very modern, clean and cheap but perfect for our needs. There was a bar and restaurant which we used and the food was excellent value for money. The underground parking was free as was wifi, so in all it served all our needs. It didn't matter to us that it was out of town, on an industrial estate. It took us less than 10 minutes to drive to the ferry.

Calidad/precio. Hotel nuevo,cómoda la cama, la habitación muy bien.

La ubicación. Relacion calidad/precio inmejorable. Buen trato por parte del personal.

El diseño de habitaciones, es limpio, cómodo para alojarse unos días y moverse por la zona y muy tranquilo.

Relación calidad precio. Para ser un hotel de gasolinera en una zona industrial de una ciudad dormitorio industrial le sobra algo de precio, por muy nuevo y de bonito diseño que sea, cuando menos le falta un desayuno decente con el precio de la habitación.

El trato del personal es muy atento, las instalaciones nuevas y la limpieza muy buena. Teniendo en claro que se encuentra en un poligono industrial, y que para llegar a Bilbao necesitas coche es un hotel 100% recomendable.

Hotel nou cu desing interior modern. In ciuda faptului ca este amplasat intr-un poligon industrial, cazarea este F.buna, raporul pret/calitate fiind F.bun. Se maninca deasemeni F.bine. Este situat la 10 min. De statie de tren, facind F. usor legatura cu bilbao( 15-20 min de mers cu trenul).

cerca del camino de santiago del norte

hay mosquitos tan de diseño que hay que hacer un curso para saber como funcionan los grifos en el dia de verano que estuve esta poco atendido ( no hay cafeteria )

TQuelques problèmes avec l'eau chaude qui était bouillante.

Hotel muy tranquilo,limpio y bien acondicionado. Bien comunicado mediante tren con Bilbao y a pie con los pueblos cercanos, paisajes muy hermosos, como La Arboleda. Exquisito trato de su personal.

Netheid kamer

maaltijden waren ronduit slecht, Een als warm croissantje aangeboden voor het ontbijt was een oudbakken in broodrooster aangebrand geheel. alternatief was een boterham op de zelfde wijze bereid, Warme maaltijd, was aardappelsoep met hier en daar een vezeltje vlees. De bediening was slecht, TV op kamer had weinig zenders, in de "lounge""werd de TV 10 minuten voor einde voetbalwedstrijd uitgezet,

Es molt modern i confortable a l'hora, per la situacio, cal dir que esta molt a prop de l'estacio de tren pel que et pots moure sense problema. Molt net i el personal molt amable!

Défaut d'isolation phonique

Chambre spacieuse et moderne, parking sécurisé et gratuit, bon fonctionnement wifi, petit dej simple et peu cher

Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, chambre au design un peu froid, bruit des camions de la station essence sous les fenetres

Hotel nuevo con un diseño agradable. El colchón para nuestro gusto super confortable. La atención de recepción muy buena desde la llegada hasta la salida, además tuvimos que anticipar la salida por causa mayor y no nos cobraron la noche que no pudimos quedarnos como teníamos previsto. La ubicación es buena si quieres hacer rutas por la zona y no estar en el centro de Bilbao. Sin duda una buena elección.

El hotel está muy bien, se nota que es bastante nuevo, buena limpieza,nosotros nos alojamos alli para visitar Bilbao y muy bien porque en 10 minutos estás alli.

La unica pega por decir alguna son los alrededores,q esta encima de una gasolinera en un poligono, pero si llevas coche no es problema.
