The restaurant was very efficient clean and the food was second to none. There was a warm and inviting feel when you walked into the hotel.

There were no Sun beds around the Pool area which was very dissapointing to say the least,as the pool area was huge with a lovely sun deck but nothing except two swing chairs,one on either side of the pool. Could have some more english speaking staff in the restaurant,also it was a good Taxi journey into the center of Madrid.

Excellent location in a residential area so fairly quiet. Hotel facilities were great and good value for money and even had a pool! Breakfast had a lot of choice, much better than I'd expected. Hotel is about 10 mins walk to the Metro and then 25 mins into the city. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to other people who are visiting Madrid. this was probqbly the first time in life that the reception desk refused to book a taxi for me. They gave me a phone number but refused to call on my behalf.

The use of a pool was great. The continental breakfast was real value for money. The minibus transfer to and from the airport was a bonus. However, we could not find the bus upon our arrival, after phoning the hotel we waited over 40 minutes but in the end we got a taxi - it costs 13 euros. For your reference the minibus is white with the hotel name in blue.

The restaurant was really expensive. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The pool and bar became very noisy in the evening with music and children running around screaming. They do turn the music off at mid-night although one night we had to ask them to turn it off - it was 3am! Hotel is a good 20min walk for the metro line. There is nothing in the immediate area of the hotel.

The pool and general plan of the hotel was very nice with open terrace dining overlooking the pool.Staff was helpful to try to answer all my questions.

There was poor business office services with no internet connection except on one dedicated computer, which I was not informed about until late in my stay.

No English Communication, High Price, Too much Location area, Difficult to take a cab........
