The hotel was convenient for the airport, and I appreciated the shuttle to the airport. The staff was downright surly. There was no friendly greeting or smile when I checked in around midnight, and the shuttle driver did not help at all with my bag, nor did he even get out of the van to help when I disembarked at the airport the next morning at 5am. Becuase of thier poor attitude, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travellers. |

its was near the airport. Also to get downtown you just have to take bus 115 to ave of america subway(1 block away from hotel )..direct..very convenient and easy. They also had an excellent buffet breakfast included in our room price ++++ The internet is very expensive there. They wanted 3 euros for 9 minutes!!!! downtown at a local internet cafe we paid 1 euro for 15 minutes!!!!!! I think a 4 stars hotel should provide better internet sevices especialy in 2008!!!!!!! |

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The walls are like card board - you can hear everything. There was mould/damp stains on the wall in my room. The shower curtains were very light and would cling to you when in the shower - glass screens would be better. It was 25 degrees outside however cos it was September and therefore classed as winter, the pool was closed! |
