Very helpful staff. Beautifully presented hotel. Fantastic bar/restaurant if you want to eat in. Great coffee in the morning!
Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfy
Small rooms, too minimalist. Unattractive street location
It was perfect location to go somewhere in Granada. 3 euro airport bus can deliver you to near bus station from the hotel. From the bus stop it takes 5~7mins on foot with luggage to go to the hotel. Shopping district(Calle Recogidas) is just next to you. The hotel room is a little bit small but it is pretty o.k. to open 2 trunks. I asked the room which is in opposite side from the street. It was very quite and there was no issue about noise. Bathroom is fully separated to the room. My room No. was 31-deluxe type. If you want bathroom privacy ask this room No. No glass wall, no sink in the bedroom. I only expected shower booth but there is small bathtub. Every evening hotel gave us complimentary water bottle service with glasses. It is very good idea for guests who are tired because of sightseeing. Evening front receptionists speak English well but morning receptionist cannot speak English at all. However it was successful to call a taxi with writing Renfe time and a word-taxi. If you have specific needs you have to finish your business with evening receptionists.
Location pleasant. Extra staff would be welcome in the morning as one person is very little to attend to reception and breakfast service.
Like I said; someone in reception would do a lot of good to the overall feeling of this simple but ok hotel in the center of Granada
Location perfect for all the major sites
no drawers and poor clothes storage very small bath very difficult to access with car
Perfect location. Certainly feels like more than a two star. Nothing was missing - they included a lot of the little touches that a lot of 'budget' hotels are now eliminating, so you definitely felt you were getting value for money. Our room was interior but looked onto an internal open space so was still very bright. Be aware (at least in the room we had, which I guess was the most basic) that there is no full bathroom as such - there's a WC cubicle and a shower cubicle separated from the room with (thin) sliding glass doors, and then a wash basin within the room itself. Not a problem for us at all, but may not suit everyone.
This hotel is great value for money and what you get is more than what you can imagine. I stayed in a single room with built in shower and toilet which are completely separated. The room is modern decoration with full facilities. Internet connection is fast. At the end of the day, the staff will come to your room and give you a glass bottle of mineral water free of charge. I'm truly appreciated. The location is just great. The walking street and all the bars and restaurants just a few steps away. Thank you very much for this awesome stay. I will stay here again next time.
Nothing to complain. I loved my stay here.
the cleanliness of the hotel and room and the comfort of the bed. Wonderful location for a weekend break
wifi a bit slow
Location, room decor.
Limited facilities (bar/restaurant closed at night - Jan 1st) Reception not open next morning and credit card charged without authorisation with just a receipt tp collect. Booking request for a twin room just dismissed when reception were questioned, had to then try unzip beds & ask for a spare duvet ourselves.
Almost everywhere in walking distance. Clean room. Helpful staff. We bought tickets to a flamenco show in cave and rent car according to the reception's suggestion; both were satisfying
No slippers in the room. patio was idle it is not a place to sit and relax. Don't expect much from Parraga street view if you will stay in a delux room
The location was perfect for sightseeing, shopping and nightlife. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.
breakfast was not included and the restaurant downstairs only offered pastries/toast.
The saff were very friendly, location was superb. Lovely little bar adjoining the hotel that served free tapas with a drink. Lovely wine.
nice location, clean
Great location for the center of Granada. Bed was super comfortable, Room was clean
Yes, the toilet has a glass door! Rooms are small, but that didn't bother me personally. Laura and Roberto at front desk are very helpful. The other receptionist could do with improving her attitude
The hotel was lovely and very well situated. Laura the receptionist could not have been more helpful which made our trip perfect.
Air con didn't work.
New, clean, lovely hotel in old building with interesting contemporary decor. Lighting was great (as well as stylish and modern), which we especially appreciate. Room was good-sized. Staff delivered bottled water and glasses to the room every night--nice touch. Dining room in hotel was nice after a long travel day, good food and service.
We did not get a reply to a couple of our emails with questions. It would be helpful to have address of parking location on the website or in booking materials, as the drive to the hotel was very complicated, but the drive to the parking (which was very close by) was easy.
Hotel price was very reasonable for value received - single room is very small but fine for one person alone. Location is very central but on a quiet side street Design elements in room really perk it up
Glass toilet door would be disconcerting if not traveling alone Morning staff do not speak English so handle any issues in the evening
Great location, friendly & helpful customer service.
Very good facility and services, nice reception staff, good location, reasonable price
Wifi in the room was not very strong and got some small issues on the second day.
the location is great, closed to the bus station and cathedral ,you can walk to the Albayzin and take the bus c3 to Alhambra.hotel is clean and stuffs are very kind and helpful, especially beautiful Adele~ she's so nice and patient, she told me some good attractions and local restaurants!~it's a very nice experience at there~!:)thx~!^^
only the shower head is not good to use~~
Location, everything at walking distance. Friendly reception, although sometimes no English-speaking staff was present. Parking close by.
Room was a bit small, and only had one window.
Great room design
