Very nice building, with pleasant common areas (bar, lobby) and very confortable rooms, with nice design and decoration. Very quiet hotel, we heard no noise at all (it seems that sometimes the hotel is used for weddings, and then it can be noisy, but there wasn't any party when we were there).Very good breakfast (à la carte, but with many options, and you can ask whatever you want, as many times as you want), with very quick service. All staff was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Very centrally located, although in a pedestrian street. But I could easilly park the car in the street (no need to use the paid hotel garage), less than 200 metres from the hotel. Free wi fi in the rooms, working very well. Just a minor detail: the 20 tv channels available are all spanish, there isn't a single international channel.

la transformation de ce palais Renaissance en hôtel est très réussie, j'ai aimé particulièrement le design des salles à manger. l'accueil, la table et le parking proche en font une très bonne adresse. c'est la deuxième fois que nous y séjournons avec le même bonheur.

El trato por parte de la chica que está en recepción fué inmejorable. Claudia nos colmó de atenciones en todo momento, fué muy simpática y atenta con nosotros. Esta chica es una gran profesional, consigue que los clientes nos sentamos como en casa. Nos informó con detalle de la oferta turística local: museos y monumentos. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el grifo del baño y de inmediato nos lo arreglaron. Este hotel es altamente recomendable, tanto por sus instalaciones, como por la localidad donde se encuentra Olivenza - Badajoz. Nos encantó, superando las expectativas que teníamos sobre dicha localidad pacense.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de olivenza,la gente que te atiende es super maja y atenta,las habitación (porlomenos la nuestras)son super grandes y están muy bien equipadas con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia.Nosotros no pudimos comer en el hotel,pero la carta parecía bastante buena y los precios no eran muy altos,nosotros repetiriamos sin dudar Pasamos mucho calor en el pueblo,pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el hotel

Es precioso, tiene mucho encanto, el edificio entero y las habitaciones. El desayuno es colosal, es a la carta en el patio interior del antiguo palacio, muy tranquilo y buenísimo. Me dio la impresión que el baño lo limpiaron un poco deprisa, aunque volvería a alojarme sin pensarlo, me encantó.

ontbijt : koude koffie, terwijl wij daar de enige klanten waren voor het ontbijt. Na opmerking hebben ze de koffie 'wat opgewarmd' .... niet te geloven!

El desayuno a la carta y en aquel patio es un gustazo. El edificio es muy bonito, en especial los suelos. El aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando y si abrías la ventana te entraba luz y ruido de la calle. Creo que el aire debe estar siempre puesto y que cada uno se lo regule a su gusto.

Excelente hotel y excelente desayuno (a la carta) incluido en el precio de la habitación; personal atento. Habitaciones amplias. Situado en una zona peatonal. El patio del hotel por la tarde tiene el bullicio propio de la cafetería en que se convierte. Al estar en zona peatonal hay que dejar el coche donde sea posible y acercarse andando con las maletas a cuestas (por contra no hay ruido de coches).

A arquitetura era interessante. Apesar dos comentários negativos acerca do pequeno almoço, correu muito bem e estava bem servido. Da simpatia de alguns dos funcionários. Uma das almofadas estava suja e tinha cabelos, claramente não tinha sido trocada. O quarto estava frio, o a/c não funcionava e, quando liguei para a receção apesar da funcionária ter dito que iria imediatamente subir alguém para ajudar, tal não aconteceu.
