Cannot fault it at all. Reception staff went out of their way to assist even tho' we did not arrive until 21.30. The underground car park was very spacious & secure. We were even asked whether we had any trouble finding it - the sat nav had no trouble. Not a great choice for breakfast but no fault with what was there

Very new, well appointed and smart hotel with modern facilities, close to the town centre, bars and restaurants, and close to the motorway. The underground garage has a height limit of 2.4m and is essential in summer. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. Rooms were spacious and clean with wi-fi facilities and an excellent selection of toiletries. The bar closes at 4pm on Sundays but is open normal hours the rest of the week. We used the hotel during transit between southern Spain and the Santander ferry to which it is a 2 hour journey and would certainly use it again. There were no issues except that it is slightly awkward to find because it is in a one way system, on a street corner, in a residential area and the name is high on the building out of eyeline as you drive past. A couple of orbits sorted it out!

I loved the design of the building. We were just passing through from Bilbao to Gibraltar and Palencia was suitable for us. We got our parking for free. Arrived at around 10pm then Headed off at 7 am the next day so didnt spend too much time there. Didnt see much of the town as it was dark when we arrived and dark when we left. The reception clerk was good and helpful. Made us feel welcome. Thank you once more for your excellent service..

This hotel was great. It was easy to find after our drive from the Algarve. We were centrally located and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover we were so close to the access road for Santander. (No satnav needed!) We will definitely stay there again. Secure parking was excellent.

Al ser Palencia una ciudad pequeña la ubicación del hotel es buena para poder llegar caminando al centro histórico. Unos 15 minutos a pie. El wifi no funcionó en ningún momento a pesar de tener una habitación en la primera planta.

Un hotel muy nuevo, el garaje estaba en promoción y no nos costó nada, Bastante bien en general. Sólo había un sillón de ordenador, me hubier gustado que hubiera algunas sillas.

Es un hotel nuevo,muy bonita decoración.la habitación era muy acogedora.hay facilidad de aparcamiento, aún así nosotros guardamos el cche en el garaje, no es nda caro. la zona es muy tranquila y está a 10 min del centro.en general tdo muy bien. y desayuno buffet.

Buena ubicación, fácil aparcamiento si se va en coche, hay muchos bares cercanos en los que comer, tranquilo, limpio. Sólo una pequeña observación: el desayuno tipo buffet podría incluir un termo de café, y así cada cual se serviría a su gusto. Pero por lo demás no tuve ningún problema.

El trato del personal en general y la amabilidad y detalles con los clientes (localización de taxis, información, indicación de rutas, etc.). La habitación no era muy confortable, pocas perchas en los armarios, falta una almohada en la hatitación por si quieres poner una extra. En la habitación hace excesivo calor, un derroche de energia. La distribución del armario con la caja fuerte y la television dentro deja poco espacio para 2 personas. El baño no tiene una bandeja o colgadores para dejar los articulos de limpieza, sea o no necesario las toallas las cambian a díario, derroche de agua, energia y detergente

El personal muy amable. La ubicación del hotel en la ciudad permite aparcar fácilmente en los alrededores y desplazarse sin problemas al centro de Palencia. Las instalaciones son muy correctas y tranquilas. La señal wifi llega con alguna dificultad, supongo que dependiendo de la planta en que esté la habitación.
