Big comfortable bed, nice toiletries, friendly staff, good location Indoor pool is only for sitting, not big or deep enough to swim - this is not made clear in the publicity. Breakfast expensive. Room rather hot. |

The only problem I had was the fact that the sauna was not working whilst we stayed there and I dont think the menu at the restaurant was varied. There were no fish dishes as the main course and not much for vegetarians which is why we ate out elsewhere. |

We stayed for 3 nights in the new ultra-modern wing and were treated like royalty. Incredible design of the rooms, outdoor spaces, fountains, even the spa - all make you feel like you are on a moon vs. Granada. Very different! Bu definitely a winner! Too far from Alhambra and the historic center. |

Rooms (even standard) offer quite a lot of space and are very nicely decorated (new building). Nice and spacy badroom. Quite noisy in the night even the room was not directly located in front of the street, restaurant offers ok food but compaired with the prices not impressed... |

We received a complimentary upgrade, to a lovely big room with beautiful modern decor. Courteous and helpful staff. The modern addition to the hotel complimented the traditional hotel well, linked by a great courtyard with several zen like pools with fountains. Used restaurant for breakfast which was a fairly varied buffet and also a hot a la carte menu. Just some minor points. Expensive parking below the hotel, this could perhaps be made complimentary as paying guests of the hotel. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility in the room. The spa area was nice, but poorly fitting sauna door meant it did not get hot enough as steam kept escaping. |

Very, very modern room of marbles and glasses. They have only one table, computers and 1 person for check in/out. The first thing after arriving was waiting for a long time. |

la ubicacion y el silencio durante el descanso. Pensaba que reservaba la habitacion de la foto y al llegar era totalmente diferente, aunque con el mismo precio. Creo que deberia tener masinformacion sobre la habitacion que reservo. |
