Location great and character of hotel, staff extremely helpful and friendly.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
The location was perfect, staff very helpful and friendly and our rooms were very comfortable with great views of the Alhambra
Staff were delightful, particularly one young woman, who arranged changing the mattress on my bed because it was too hard, without us having to change rooms.
Breakfast was ok. Doors slammed a lot around echoing courtyard.
Good location .Very helpful staff. Good bedroom with balcony and veranda, good size clean bathroom with nice towels .
Unripe fruit and cold scrambled eggs at breakfast ,but basically OK.
View of the Alhambra from our room (bed!!) was AMAZING, location was great so easy walk to the Alhambra, and the best Tapas bar on your door step with great food. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Terrific breakfast included.
WiFi not very good
The location,helpful staff
Very hard bed.wifi poor in the room.
The location was great for historic sites and near to restaurants. The room was large, spacious, very clean and quiet. The building is a gem.
Location, charm, view of the Alhambra from our bedroom
Absolutely lovely old building on the edge of Albaycin. Nice duplex room, perfect for families. Great staff. Fabulous value for the price.
Quite noisy at night.
1) the location was good, within walking distance to everything. 2) the old building was charming and the staff were very friendly
The elevator motor working all night next to my head in the upstairs part of room 18. The beds were very hard so between the sound of the elevator and the hard bed, neither night we were there were very restful.
Nice location and friendly staff
Rooms are OK, although due to hot water pipes running through the bathroom floor, the temperature was very hot inside the bathroom. Internet was unavailable in our 2 rooms (#12 and #14); was only usable outside the room or in the lobby. After complaining twice we gave up. No internet in the rooms.
Location Building Staff
it was located in the old part of town and walking distance (if you can walk straight up a hill) from the Alhambra. And the great Flamenco place (Jardines de Zoraya) is also within walking distance. I loved the hotel itself and the food served etc was all worth the $$.
Location, view at night, history of the hotel
The hot water service. Hard to find the right time to have a hot shower
the shower bath
I spent three nights, and had a lovely stay. Location is great, the room very comfortable, the staff gracious and helpful, and it was a bargain as well. Highly recommended.
Location Style of room Staff Breakfast
Beds hard Hair in bath
Staff were amazing. Pedro and siham did their best to make me feel welcome.
Nothing that I didn't like
The historic building with still some painting on the walls. The staff was very helpful and you can reserve the visit of Alhambra at the hotel desk! The laundry service is good, fast and at very reasonable I would gladly go back to Palacio Santa Ines!
Only down is the parking of your car in a parking lot in town ( extra 20 euros per night)... Much better off having no car! In fact, they reimburse you the taxi from the parking to the hotel (5.57 euros), but not the way back (13 euros, because of the one way streets that make you go through Albaicin when going out). Plus, once there, you don't use the car...you walk, or ride bike or Segway...
very friendly staff is ready to help and give advice. Great location. Historic building, unusual atmosphere, large room
too old bed
Proximité de tout
No elevator in the section I was
Location, interior, rooms with view of Alhambra, staff
Loved the location. Directions were good as to where to park and take a taxi to the hotel. Could walk to the Alhambra and enjoyed the relaxing hamman two minutes away. Liked the ambiance of the restored palace. The staff was most helpful.
It would have been nice to have fresh orange juice for breakfast. The croissants were not the best.
Great breakfast and view of the Alhambra.
