Staff was very welcoming. Locale is stunning. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Good breakfast with an excellent choice and friendly service. The whole building including the bedrooms is full of character.
While a very short walk to the centre of Ubeda old town i had thought it was more central.
It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a beautiful historic family home. We had a huge room with a fabulous bathroom. An adjoining courtyard garden and a fantastic salon furnished with antiques, family photos and oil paintings. Lots of table games set to keep us entertained. Great location and delicious breakfast. "What's not to like we didn't want ""@to leave."
Excellent location.Warm welcome.Beautiful conversion of a historic building.Good breakfast and secure parking.
Dim lighting in the rooms
The unique historical premises was wonderful pleasure if you are fortunate to pass this way it has to be a must
It was like staying at a good friend's home. The staff goes out it's way to make you feel at home and accomodate your needs. Rooms are splendid and tastefull. Ubeda is really worthwhile seeing and staying at this hotel gives you an idea of how it was to live there. Breakfast is splendid and they know how to make tea!!! We are looking forward to coming back
stay was too short.
A fantastic "palace" with an excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. Our room was incredible, and we basically had a patio and sitting room to ourselves. Breakfast couldn't have been better, and the food in this lovely Spanish city was very special.
This is a quite lovely example of a Spanish urban "palace'; a pretty inner courtyard, and pleasant small garden. The salon is to die for- beautifully furnished and comfortable. The place is full of the La Rambla family memorabilia. Our room was enormous, furnished by someone with extraordinarily good taste (and very very deep pockets). A very good breakfast is served in a small anteroom. The location couldn't be better - easy walking distance to all that's best in the town - which is really worth a visit
It feels like an honour to have the chance to stay in this palace. The room was beautiful and stepping out into the tranquil garden a bonus. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great.
Nice, ancient castle. Friendly stuff
You are staying in an immaculately preserved ancient palace It is such a special place to stay, some of the minor shortcomings are easy to ignore Very welcoming and helpful staff. Free mini bar was a nice bonus
Bathroom poorly ventilated and a bit smelly
Position, fabulous room, lovely decor, staff and food
The room, garden and facilities in general Staff are very helpful Quiet area Very good breakfast
The distinctive and historic feel to the rooms combined with value. Excellent breakfast.
The Hotel is very central to the lovely old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The garage was a bonus as we like tohave secure parking . The breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed our stay. Some gardening in the courtyard would be an improvement on the lovely setting.
It was a delightful palace to stay in. We loved the rooms, the courtyard, and the extremely helpful staff. It was easy to park our car and convenient to all the key sights in Ubeda.
We have no complaints. We loved our stay.
Comfortable, unique accommodations (shared anterooms in our suite, sunny central and rear patios, richly appointed salon); friendly, personal, attentive hospitality (A million thanks, Rosa!); convenient location (straddles new and old parts of the city); worth springing for breakfast.
Wonderful hotel! We felt well cared for by Rosa and Tony. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Sheets were really soft. Beds so comfortable. We were in a room in the back and it was very quiet. Breakfast was awesome. Service was superb! Excellent location.
Wifi didn't work very well but I have found this typical in Spain. It did work, just slow.
Everything. Did you ever dream of living in a palace? A cozy one, manageable, not versaillesque. Go to this hotel
A beautiful historic place!
