Location, Price, Facilities, Room, Quietness Front car parking is not enough for all guests' cars and private parking is charged quite expensive. I believe that for the room price one pays car parking should be included. Besides, if this is so for guests, front car parking would not be saturated as it was. Nobody want to leave their cars inside and paid for it. Hotel entrance looked caotic!

It was an oasis of calm - ambience and staff. Really appreciated the service in the bar for an informal meal, a gin and Nordic Mist or a hot chocolate. I was initially very cross that the internet blurb suggested it was easy access to the cathedral. 850 metres up and down hill is not easy access. But we managed with the help of the excellent taxi service.

Very good location in centre of Santiago with safe parking. Bedroom very comfy and staff most helpful. Easy short walk to Cathedral etc. For the price charged, breakfast was very average with dreadful coffee arrangements (small slow espresso machine with queue of guests waiting for that much needed decent size cup of coffee at breakfast)

It was a quiet, comfortable hotel Close to Cathedral Great bathroom and beautiful bath Staff professional, coperative and friendly Cleaning was a high standard A few design features of the hotel were poor Car park very close to outside areas for drinks and outside restaurant seating. Glass passageway on second floor got hot and a/c was used to cool Waste of energy. Lovely garden out the back of the hotel which was not used very much and could have been inlcuded as a feature particularly in the summer

Hotel has a very nice situation, really close to downtown with a nice walking. Getting the hotel by car could be difficult but thank you for all indications placed all over the route. This hotel it is not really a 5* hotel in comparison to the ones you can find in London, Paris or even Spain by means of 5* Paradores.

The hotel was a nice distance to the cathedral. It was beautiful and unique. Good food and the rooms were clean and well put together. Very nice views from the top floor! The staff were most helpful in helping me get a rental car and change my room as needed. There were so many free! The minibar and the spa. Price should include morning breakfast.

“This is a wonderful converted building in a beautiful old city. It took around an hour to walk around the hotel on the tour. In that time we only saw two other couples briefly. The food in the best restaurant was top quality silver service, and whilst pricey, represented good value. Breakfast was not quite as good, but there was an extravegent choice of quality food. My Spanish is limited, but almost everyone spoke English. The staff, with the exeption of one waitress in the breakfast room, couldn't have been freindlier or more helpfull. ” Peter, London |
