Originally a 16th century convent for The Nuns of the Carmelitas order, this hotel rests in the historic quarter of Baeza, a dreamlike place where time seems to stand still.

Very nice feeling of staying in an old palace; almost parador :)
Parking nearby may be a challenge but underground parking is just about 5 minutes walking, so it's not a real problem.
Beautiful building and very affordable price.
You couldn't close the window of the bathroom because the lock was broken. It was a problem because it was very cold (-7) outside. The Room itself was quite warm.
The look and feel The position was excellent, right in the middle of town Staff was helpful Breakfast was adequate.
The beds were quite hard. They could benefit from a thick quilted topping to mitigate the hardness. No parking on premises and while the public parking was nearby, it was a little auckward to get to it. The room had a musty smell to it but that is fairly common in rustic style hotels. All the key cards had to be reconfigured the next day. Shower head would not stay upright.
The staff was really friendly.
I had to leave the hotel early but the breakfast was served only at 8:30. It maybe normal in Spain but very inconvenient.
Peaceful and beautiful
Discription of the room. Private terrace turned out to be public and facing the beautiful inner courtyard. Other cheaper rooms have no windows at all.
Very centrally located in the old town, near many bars/restaurants and the historic sights. Public car park 5 mins walk (€10 per day) but drove the car to the front door to collect our luggage. (Pedestrian street but can drive up for loading/unloading). Beautiful old building, very grand. We had a lovely room/bathroom and the central 'courtyard' for breakfast was stunning.
Stunning building, beautifully restored, lovely rooms well maintained and so close to the main Plaza
Beautiful building/rooms, spacious and elegant, tastefully modernised. Convenient central location in an extraordinary and wonderful town.
Given the super dining room, a shame that it was not used even for breakfast. Difficulty finding the hotel due to poor signing/pedestrianised areas and no parking.
Excellent location & breakfast Nice atmosphere
