Hotel Palacio de San Esteban    

Lovely hotel in excellent position for visiting the historic centre. Would be happy to stay again.

Good hotel and suitable location close to the city centre.

Set in a historical building, in a area quieter than the city centre, but just a few minutes walking from the Cathedrals, University and main sights. A great experience.

I liked location I liked breakfast buffet I liked rooms -- design, comfort, space I liked that there was a fitness room -- even if it wasn't very well equipped Most of the staff were nice

One staff member got a little abrupt with us when we explained that we didn't have an official ID card I would have preferred the fitness room to be bigger, and with more equipment (eg. treadmill)

Great value for money. Had secure parking either for €10 in the hotel grounds which were secure or €15 for the underground car park on site. The hotel is in a fantastic location and very easy to find. Just a very short walk to everything in town. Beds were very comfortable.

I don't know what this obsession for glass doors that don't really fit very well for bathrooms. It's not too bad if you are travelling with your spouse (although I would prefer a proper door still) but if you are travelling with a friend it's not nice at all.

Building, location and breakfast

Quiet location yet only minutes from Rua Mayor and major sites. Room design is clean, modern complementing the ancient building. Smells heavenly. Bar/library comfortable.

I liked staying in the main building, not the new extension. Comfortable, and clean room with fast free wifi Internet in the heart of Salamanca.

A five star hotel and no internet in rooms!

The location of the hotel is excellent for sightseeing and shopping. Breakfasts were dilicious. The staff friendly and ready to help.

Lack of atmosphere in the Foyer/bar area.

The room was very peaceful and comfortable.

As the hotel was not busy and many rooms were vacant, I would have preferred a room closer to the reception area. At night I felt quite isolated from the main part of the hotel.

Classy, bijou, luxurious and very convenient for the old city.

It was very nicely decorated and very comfomtable.

I did not like the service in the Restaurant. The food was good but the service was dismal.
