The indoor courtyard was sublime. Did not use the spa and sauna, looked at them, looked great. Parking is an issue in Granada and reaching the hotel by car was an ordeal. If you have the opportunity to call themto ask for directions, do it. It helps.

Location, service, restaurant, design.

Extremely expensive breakfasts not included in room price. Excellent restaurant, however, pricy.

The room was fantastic; we stayed in an upgraded superior room that looked out to their beautiful courtyard; very quiet and spacious. A little dark as only one window. Bath and shower great. Location great. Staff knowledgeable and helpful.

Located on a busy road with only a few parking places; there is valet parking but a bit awkward on arrival

The location of the hotel was excellant, in the centre of the old city and within walking distance of the Alhambra and many Tapas bars. The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly and helpfull staff. The old part of the hotel was full of character and charm.

The only problem we had was we hadn't specified a non smoking room, but otherwise everything else was fine.

Fabulous room and hotel, nice atmosphere, and excellent location with bus stop to Alhambra and Albazin right in front of the hotel, short walk to Cathedral and shopping area

Charged for Wifi service in room is not a major weakness

Hotel was excellent as well as the location. Will stay again if in Granada.

We were upgraded to a room in the old section which was much nicer than the new which was very noisy if you liked to sleep with your window open. The hotel is an old monastry and the courtyard area is lovely it is located in the main street so easy to catch the bus in to the old section and the alhumbra. If you needed hot water to make tea they brought it to you as there was no kettle. The gym and sauna were good.

The hotel was not really 5 star and needs to be upgraded a bit.When we arrived the staff did not show us around so we were left to find things ourselves. The tv in the room was tiny, there was no iron to use in the room or in the hotel and it was very noisy if you left the window open for fresh air.

Nous voulions un établissement en centre ville, malheureusement celui ci etait t situe sur un axe très bruyant et malgré le double vitrage nous étions reveillés des 7h le matin

Mini bar gratuit, belle chambre

Bien isolé du bruit extérieur mais pas intérieur (par rapports aux chambres attenantes)

L'emplacement géographique

La notion de 5 étoiles est à géometrie variable, c'est en fait un correct 4 étoiles sans plus, les chambres sont inégales (+/- petites) et sombres, le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur de cette catégorie d'établissement
