Located on one of the main streets running through the heart of Granada’s historic city centre.

The hotel, housed in a 16th-century convent and 14th-century ‘Morisca’ house, has been carefully restored to maintain many features from its past while adding luxury, contemporary facilities. As such, you can choose to relax in the hotel’s sauna after a workout in the gym. Surrounding the hotel you will find the city’s impressive Cathedral only 300 metres away, whilst the majestic Alhambra Palace lies a 14-minute by car from the hotel.

Food & beverage

The hotel’s El Claustro restaurant, set in the convent's former library beside the cloisters, serves lunches, dinners and exquisite buffet-style breakfasts. Meals come accompanied by an extensive wine list from some of the country’s best wine-growing regions. The restaurant also offers a tasting menus and business lunches.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00 during the week and from 08:00 to 12:00 at weekends. Lunch is served daily from 13:30 to 16:00 and dinner from 20:30 to 23:30.

In addition to the facilities already mentioned, each room comes with a choice of pillows, free minibar and specially-designed cold-light reading lamps.

Area information

The atmospheric, narrow streets of the Albaicín district can be found just 50 metres from the hotel, along with Calle Elvira, a lively street of bars and clubs. Beyond it you will find the cave district of Sacromonte, whilst heading in the other direction will take you to the city’s many chic shops and pretty squares.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were lovely and tastefully decorated.

I thought the room rates were a bit too expensive. For the price all rooms should have had separate shower cubicles.

Eviter les chambres donnant sur la Via Colon. Malgré le double vitrage cela reste très bruyant (nécessité de porter des "earplugs" ) et donc le prix des chambres reste élevé étant donné cet inconvénient assez majeur - Prix des petits déjeuners prohibitifs (21 € par personne !!!) sachant que pour 6 euros par pers on a un petit déjeuner très correct dans un restaurant à moins de 200 m

Le décor et l'emplacement de l'hotel par rapport aux visites que nous avons effectuées.

Certaines personnes de l'accueil ne sont pas au courant de certaines choses: nous avions réservé la visite de l'alhambra et nous avons été mal renseigné si bien que nous n'avons pas pu visiter tout le génaralife car nos tickets se terminaient à 14h.

Service parfait - Bien situé

Chambre standard pas plus grande que notre chambre parisienne. Un peu décevant et aucun charme andalou. Autant payer plus cher et prendre une chambre supérieure.

部屋の清潔さは非常に良かった。数多くのホテルに宿泊しましたがタオルやバスローブの柔らかさには驚きました。そこまで気を使っているのには脱帽します。

不満は特にありませんでした。
