The hotel is in a good location. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were lovely and tastefully decorated. I thought the room rates were a bit too expensive. For the price all rooms should have had separate shower cubicles. |

voir ci-dessus Eviter les chambres donnant sur la Via Colon. Malgré le double vitrage cela reste très bruyant (nécessité de porter des "earplugs" ) et donc le prix des chambres reste élevé étant donné cet inconvénient assez majeur - Prix des petits déjeuners prohibitifs (21 € par personne !!!) sachant que pour 6 euros par pers on a un petit déjeuner très correct dans un restaurant à moins de 200 m |

Le décor et l'emplacement de l'hotel par rapport aux visites que nous avons effectuées. Certaines personnes de l'accueil ne sont pas au courant de certaines choses: nous avions réservé la visite de l'alhambra et nous avons été mal renseigné si bien que nous n'avons pas pu visiter tout le génaralife car nos tickets se terminaient à 14h. |
