Excellent hotel and really helpful staff. Bathroom very well equipped. Great breakfast. Location also excellent right in the city centre. A bit difficult to get to - one way streets, pedestrian areas etc and the private and secure parking involved my car being taken away and parked elsewhere which was a bit inconvenient. But not enough to put me off staying again.

Unfortunately, I was suddenly taken I'll and required medical assistance. The hotel staff provided general but inaccurate directions to the nearest hospital because the Palafox does not have a relationship with a physician. Though I had done so several times earlier, I was unable to open the room in my safe to retrieve my passport which was required for medical care. The hotel staff said I entered the wrong code so must wait 15 minutes to try again. I told them the code was correct but the staff said it was the only option other than a low battery. I asked them to send someone to check the battery and was told I would get a follow up call. There was no call after 15 minutes so I tried the code again; it still did not open. I waited 15 more minutes for a return call but then went to the front desk personally

The hotel is OK overall but it's definitely not a 5 star hotel. They haven't cleaned or changed their carpets in equal years - very embarrassing.

Nice luxury hotel and good service at affordable price. Super Wifi at no charge, this is important for a business traveller. Great breakfast. Swimming pool closed despite nice weather and hotel parking was convenient but expensive. The bike did not work in the fitness room.

Great place to stay and brilliant value for money. We were a group of 6 who thoroughlyenjoyed our stay. We relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the swim after a hot day out. The hotel is really well located close to old town and easy walk to the. Thedral and many of the sights. He included breakfast had many choices of good quality food and plenty of it. Our rooms were large and comfortable and had tea making facilities. An ice machine was on each floor. We would all like to return to the jotel one day.

The location was good and the desk staff very helopful and friendly The pool area and service was poor, too much concerete and lots of regimeted roping to marshall you around the pool in the right direction etc., and not very good service re towels etc., the drinks were plonked down the towels did not appear the whole area has so much potential to be a nice roof top bar/pool area.

Excellent . The hotel was perfect for our needs on this trip. The rooftop pool was also a welcome relief from the hot sun. Professional and courteous staff. Despite a rating of 5 stars, the hotel was also very good value for money. I had previously considered a short holiday in the UK but the high prices and lack of high standards ( for a reasonable price) were a sharp contrast to the excellent quality of Hotel Paladox. Just a few little things.... Additional sun umbrellas and towels in the pool area would have been welcome. It would have been nice to have bath robes in our room, particularly for use in the pool/leisure area. Also, tea/coffee facilities would have been nice. The hairdryer was also of poor quality ( but this is often a problem in hotels, it seems). Finally, the room was rather dark. Perhaps this could be alleviated by improved lighting.

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in, in terms of facilities, comfort and value for money. The facilities were extensive, staff and service was excellent. It is luxury but affordable. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, as the hotel is situated right in the centre with a whole host of tapas bars to experience. The breakfast however, was fantastic. You were definitely spoilt for choice. Would love to come back to this hotel.

The hotel is the top hotel in Zaragosa used by Spanish royalty when visiting the city. Excellant last minute booking prices well worth the differance with a good roof top pool for a city centre hotel.
