During our stay from Oct 15,2012 to Oct 19, 2012. Excellent service, and amenities. Dining at the different restaurants was a pleasure. Seldom do I find it necessary or even worth while to mention one of the staff at hotels. However, Angleses at the front desk is the exception. What a lovely lady to deal with, she is responsive, professional, courteous and knows how to get things done. If one needs assistance she is the one that stands out among an excellent staff. Everything was perfect. Hotel and spa staff were all very friendly and helpful, very clean throughout, excellent rooms with everything you'd expect to be supplied at this level of the hotel market (toiletries, slippers and bath robes, soft drink free mini bar, digital safe) and a huge super-king size bed! Great entertainment with fun entertainers. Pools were very clean. Good selection of branded spirits on the all inclusive option which is a pleasant surprise, not all local brands. Food was very nice, varied every day and hot food was always hot, never cool or left too long before it was replaced and was plentiful, very wide choice of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. We had an amazing honeymoon here, you can be as busy or as relaxed as you like. Cannot fault it at all! A great all inclusive resort. We will hopefully return in the very near future.

This Hotel exceeded our expectations on all accounts. The staff were particularly very welcoming and hospitable. There were loads of activities and shows etc. The food was excellent and the cleanliness was brilliant.

It's a wonderful and fantastic hotel !!! Especially a Zentropia (spa-centre). If you want to relax and memorize your vacation in Ibiza - recomend Grand Palladium.

Some stupid rules like resturant opening times and needing to have a top on in the reception of a beachside hotel

The buffet was amazing and even better than the specialty restaurant. Avoid the Tex Mex restaurant please...horrible...We had an upgrade for our room with a sea view and far from the Salines area at a cost of 19.5E/day so we were very happy. The Hotel is very quiet so a good thing considering the rest of the hotel in Playa D'en Bossa. Our maid was very good and the room was very clean. We didn't see any insects or mosquitoes.

1-The staff are polite but not very warm and little smile, they sometimes don't know the information that you asked and refer to others that don't know better. 2-The hotel should consider increasing the # of washroom near the pool. We saw a lot of people telling their kids to pee in the pool and do not want to bother going to the bathroom. We don't know if it was the cause of the dirty yellow matter around the pool at the end of the day but it was disgusting. 3-There is a charge of 21E/day for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella...all inclusive ???? 4-The hotel is just beside the Salines and it gives an horrible smell depending of the wind. We saw some comments on your site that was saying that it was smelling sewage but the staff told us that it was the Salines so we don't know. We had that smell when we arrived then nothing and it came back when we left so it was not so bad for us but I would have moved to another hotel if it would smell like this everyday. 5-Our bed gave us a backache that is just starting to go away after 5 days...6-the tap water is salted water...We're not planning to ever go back to this Hotel

The hotel on the most part is fabulous. The facilities are amazing, the two special restaurants you book for are exceptionally good in terms of food and not just relative to the island, the food would stand up to inspection in fine-dining restaurants in London. The resort is huge with very family friendly, but that said if you don't want to be around families, i.e. annoying children, you don't have to be and can easily find quiet areas to go. The rooms are very well maintained and fitted, though for our honeymoon we were given twin beds for some reason, so I'm not sure this is a honeymoon-friendly resort.

Checking in and out takes a very long time and there's no bell-boy service offered and it's not clear when you arrive where you need to go to find your room, which can be a long way away from reception. Lugging heavy luggage to an unknown room is not what you want to do when you arrive. The wifi service is terrible. They make a big point of having free wifi but the service is only visible in the reception area and none of my devices could connect to it for the majority of the stay. You have the option of paying for a pass on a paid-for service, which I did, but I also had a lot of trouble connecting to this and the service is extremely slow, almost unusable. If I knew how to ask for a refund, I would. Secondly, the restaurant staff seem to change every few days and were understaffed, so tables went uncleared for a long time so new people could not sit down, they would not want to serve you, were rude and abrupt and didn't offer any kind of useful service. I also found their pool-side activities frustrating, being both noisy and intrusive when it's just not needed. People just want to relax by the pool quietly.

The hotel was perfect in every way.The staff were really helpful,whether at reception,the dining room staff or the chambermaids.I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is out of the hustle and bustle, but only a bus ride away from the centre of Ibiza Town.The food catered for everyone and was fresh , hot, and there was lots of variety.It is all inclusive, and the drinks were mainly famous brands.We will definitely return to this hotel, hopefully next year.

O público do hotel é de pessoas em uma fase mais avançada na vida. O trajeto até o quarto é muito longo. Apesar de ficar em Praia D´ Bossa o hotel fica a uma boa caminhada de onde as coisas acontecem.

Gastvrij hotel met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, goede vorzieningen en pal aan het strand.

De diefstal van mijn tas op het strand deed nauwelijks stof opwaaien, dat is blijkbaar aan de orde van de dag. Het hotel ligt ver van de winkeltjes en restaurants, maar de pendelbus brengt je naar Ibiza stad.

En general todo. El hotel está situado cerca del aeropuerto, cerca de la capital, y con coche de alquiler puedes visitar toda la isla. El personal es excelente y en todo momento estan pendientes de que no te falte de nada y de que estes comodo. Los restaurantes tematicos una maravilla, como también los otros dos. La zona de la piscina con camas balinesas es ideal para pasar un rato tranquilo y de relajación. Está a un paso de la playa. La comida buena y variada para todo tipo de gustos, des del desayuno hasta la cena. A media tarde hay un bufé de tartas en el bar y sandwiches.

Por decir algo: El tiempo, el primer dia y la mitad del segundo llovió, pero luego se arreglo.

Ligging. Het ligt echt aan de rand van het dorp. Waardoor je steeds alles met taxis moet. door de beschikbare hoeveelheden taxis en de relatief lage kosten is dat verder ook geen probleem.

Ya conociamos el hotel y por eso hemos repetido. El personal es fantástico, muy cerca de Ibiza y es ideal para ir con niños, desconectar y si quieres fiesta nocturna puedes acceder a ella facilmente sin que te moleste.

На возмущение рагировали с наигранным удивлением, хотя отлично знали куда заселяют (мы общались с Дино - непорядочный и ленивый, остальные более адекватны). За доплату 19 евро, поменяли номер на 4225 с видом на море чистый и сухой. Заявленный бесплатный wifi работает не в "общественных зонах", а на стойке ресепшен, шаг в сторону - платный. Поздний выезд возможен только до 18:00 за 66 евро с номера. Поесть с 15:00 до 19:00 негде, только бутерброды в баре. The hotel is officially 4 stars and not 5, as stated on the booking. Le club est magnifique, la restauration est excellente, l'ambiance trés conviviale nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques nous espérons y retourner l'an prochain j'ai fait plusieurs massages et je peux vous confirmer que chaqu'une des masseuses sont de vraie pro en plus d'une douceur et d'élégance

Il serait bon d'améliorer le club enfant, pratiquement inexistant, non par le fait des annimateurs mais de l'organisation méme du club

Medianamente, respecto a otros hoteles de ese target que he visitado, viajamos muchisimo con mi familia, no es lo que brindan los del caribe.

El personal de atencion del hotel es pesimo.

Prepare-se para ficar isolado do mundo, pois a internet do hotel é de péssima qualidade, mesmo pagando. A qualidade da comida e bebidas é muito ruim. A cama, od lençois e as toalhas do hotel são péssimos. A limpeza do quarto é péssima. O quarto cheira mal ( cheiro de mofo ). Prepare-se para acordar as 06:00 AM se quiser conseguir uma cadeira em torno da piscina.
