Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner

great hotel, good big rooms, very rich breakfasts, close to the ocean (2 min walk), very good swimming pools (2 adults and 1 children), friendly personel, towels are changed twice per day, different entertainment in the hotel

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout.

Switching the lights off on our balcony at set time, this was set for all rooms.

Very excellent place for families

Old hotel, good refurbished enterior and colored rooms. Garden is perfect for relax! Ocean is quiet near to enjoy it also. Wide various ofdifferent foods, and you can find tasty things everywhere in the buffet.

German oriented Hotel, if you arn't german they may forget your respect. Flexibility is not an award of this Hotel (food ordering, event/dinner organization...) Staff isn't motivated as well it should be (some excepitions at pool bar). If you travell to a five stars hotel, and pay thousands of euros per week you must be an important and respected guest without any other nationality! I hope that Hotel management read this record an will review their operations to be more successful in the feature.

Food was excellent

Restaurant services, waitres were poor, lot of pigeon

I liked the pool side bar and the evening music entertainment was great. I liked the fact that we could walk to a beautiful sandy beach in 2 mins from the hotel. I also liked the staff who were very attentive & did their best to accommodate our preferences.

The restaurant menu although very good did not have a vegetarian option which was a bit disappointing.

Location, comfort, staff, Internet and breakfast

Select and quiet atmosphere. I felt comfortable and was able to rest as it was tranquil and peaceful. Evening entertainment was nice.

Food was good although I felt the snack bar could have had more selection and prices were a bit high for a swimming pool bar.

Hotel was built in the 70's - And it shows. Narrow rooms, minimal bathrooms with no good lighting, plenty of stairs everywhere. Dinners are great.. 3x times per week (BBQ days). Other days it's a fixed menu, very "trendy" but not good.

Todo, el trato del personal magnífico, muy amable y cariñoso, tanto en la atención como en la gestión, por ejemplo, nos han facilitado el cambio de habitación sin ningún problema. ich habe mich sogar alleine so wohl gefühlt dass ich eine Woche verlängert hab. sehr angenehme Gäste, tolles dezentes höfliches Personal, gute Massagen und sehr gutes essen.

gibt nichts zu beanstanden

Wij gaan al jaren hier naar toe, 2 of 3 keer per jaar. Met name komen we voor de rust, vriendelijkheid, heerlijk eten, perfecte liggen, aardig personeel. Boek vooral halfpension!

Eigenlijk niets. Maar ze mogen wel iets doen aan het entertainment in de Africabar, 's avonds, want dit is al jaren hetzelfde en op Duits publiek en voor op 60plusser georienteerd.

Perfecte vriendelijke verzorging/bediening. Subliem eten.

De kamer (op de derde verdieping) lag boven de entree van de bevoorrading van het hotel. Door de weeks geeft datl 's-morgens tot een uur of twee 's-middags veel lawaai en dieselluchten. Dat maakt het verblijf op het balcon (met overigens zeezicht) minder aangenaam.

Heel mooi uitzicht op zee en de duinen en zongericht. Heel goede keuken, verdient een ster! Prachtige tuinen en zwembaden. Goede ligging, alles op wandelafstand.

Heel kleine badkamer met één lavabo, te weinig plaats om zich met 2 personen in deze ruimte te bevinden, niettegenstaande een superior tweepersoonskamer. Voor de beste prijs is het aangeraden om ook een reisagentschap te raadplegen ivm vluchten en transport.

prachtige ligging, lekker en gevarieerd eten, mooie kamer nr 718 op de 7de verdieping zeezicht en duinzicht, was luxekamer, de manager die (jammer enkel de laatste dag) zich onder de mensen begaf om de bevindingen te vragen van de klant.

Het soms lange wachten alvorens s'avonds een plaats aan tafel te krijgen. Ze konden dit opvangen door een evt gratis aperitief aan te bieden maar dit werd niet gedaan. De mensen van de bediening evenals de maitre's hebben zware steken laten vallen voor dit soort van hotels. De eerste indruk van dit hotel bij het binnenkomen is een ietwat verouderde inrichting en dat trekt zich door tot het ganse hotel.

Hotel nie spełnia kryteriów 5 gwiazdek w mojej ocenie - łazienka za mała pokoje skromne - brak ekskluzywności , na którą liczyłam za tą cenę , pozostała część hotelu - hol, basen,korytarze - standard 3 gwiazdki - nie rozumiem jak można wprowadzać w błąd turystów między innymi mnie za cene 658 euro za dobę . Hotel był mocno promowany na stronie booking dlatego wybrałam właśnie ten

El confort y los servicios. Una excelente organización. Un bufet desayuno insuperable.

Competenza del personale, sempre sorridente, belle piscine, parco molto curato. Belle camere!

Il barbecue ogni due giorni......con la chiusura in contemporanea del piccolo ristorante italiano..... Peccato per chi - come me - ama la buona cucina e non la confusione del self service!

Waren schon ca. 15 mal in diesem Hotel und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl.

El trato de todo el personal es exquisito. La calidad de la comida estupenda. Buen ambiente y tranquilo. Ideal si se busca desconectar.
