Apartamentos Palm Beach Carihuela  

Staff couldn't be more helpful. Beds very comfortable (and I'm very fussy). Kitchen very well equipped and everything clean. Large balcony with sea view. Free wi-fi from reception area. Very close to the bus stop (to/from airport and local towns). 1 minute walk to beach.

The corridors need a lick of paint and brightening up.

There was work going like building site inside if you book with online booking not straight to palm beach you dont get cleaner or clean towels

The room was lovely and very clean.

The communal areas, stairs hallways etc were not clean and needed decorating.

Near to beach ground floor as requested.

There was no cleaning included because i booked through booking .com and i did not realise this so at the end of 10 days the towels were manky no clean sheets so not very happy about this,this info needs to be made clear at the time of booking.

helpfulness of staff especially as we arrived to find our booking had been cancelled. got free upgrade.

good location, close to most things and not far from beach

this is second time we have stayed and still found the hotel in process of work being done . one peticular annoyance was the doors leading from the lift to passage leading to your rooms used to bang shut and noise could be heard in your room the doors had self closures fitted but did not work ,also found seating in room not very comfortable

Less than 5 mins from the beach & all the facilities. we had two big single beds very comfortable it had a good restaurant attached with a bar, & well stocked shop next door.

Parking, we were lucky we found a space out side the hotel, we were off season, I think you might have a long walk in high season

Units are clean and well stocked. Staff super helpful and friendly even when you arrive late at night. Well organized.

One short block up from the beach

Great location, bars, restaurants,shops and beach right outside the door. Always very friendly and efficient staff. When I am searching for a cheap overnight stay in Carihuela Beach, I would always pick this place over ones a few Euros cheaper because of the brilliant standard of the beds and bed linen, crisp white good quality linen, you can't beat it.

Have been staying here now and again for 3 years, about time someone plastered the new walls outside the lift area ....

Really helpful reception staff. Immaculately clean room, good quality pure white bed-linen and comfortable bed. Small kitchen had everything you would need, including a coffee machine. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants, and literally 100 metres to the beach.

Nice cosy feel to this hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, spotlesly clean, with hundeds of books to choose from if you feel like reading. Very near to the beach, shops and eateries all nearby.

Ask for a balcony that gets the sun.

Value for money & staff

Friendly, helpful staff. Location good for walking along the seafront for Torremolinos or Benalmadena Port etc. Room was comfortable with adequate facilities

Parking in the area is difficult - would hesitate to book in busiest times of the year. Would have liked Wifi in room, but ok with coming down to reception area when necessary.

The views were fantastic. the apartment was very clean and spacious.

Short walk to seafront, close to shops and food areas, good wi fi connection and helpful staff. For the money it was ok.

The room was 'tired' and the furniture was not comfortable and didn't fit the room, we had to move the table about every time we had breakfast as it was to large it would be have been better on the poolside terrace!!
