Reception, cleaning and bar Staff were very helpful and friendly

Rooms are extremely small for four people. Only given one room key should be at least 2 keys given per room

location, value for money.

These apartments are brilliant right next to the square, staff are friendly and its great value for money! would defo stay there again

we reported that the light in the bathroom wasnt working and they said that they would send someone to change the bulb but never did. and we had to ask for toilet roll and fresh towels, but they did give them straight away

Hotel was close to beach, shops and nightclubs, would definitely stay here again! Great value for money, friendly staff!

Good rates for apartment. Good location and pool. Would stay again.

Only thing was maybe on booking.com it should be mentioned the room deposit of 60 euro. We got the deposit back at the end of the stay but didnt budget for it as I didnt know.

Very basic, Beds uncomfortable, and very noisy as open central court and can hear everyone at all hours

Receptionist very nice and helpful. Clean room and bedding. Basic, but for cost it was very good value. Would stay there again and recommend as long as you realise it is basic.

I stayed in these apartments in november fiesta time. They are close to all the bars and nightlife. There is a bar at the apartments where you can also purchase food.

Very hard beds. Could not get mobility scooter into hotel unless staff unlocked a gate for me. Scooters normally left outside open to all the elements. We had rain every day. It would have been suicidal to touch the plug or the charger outside in those conditions. There is nowhere allocated to park the bike inside the hotel although I did managed to park in the luggage ares where there was a plug. Only because the hotel was not full during my stay. May I make a suggestion. Extend the front bottom floor of hotel as cafe and reception to small. Maybe provide adequate cover outside for scooters.

A very clean and friendly place to stay... staff were always attentive and we also appreciated that it has a 24hr reception... rooms on the back had a fabulous view of the mountains ....

the position of the aprtments meant you were a long way from old benidorm but if you prefer the levante area you will have no problems at all

Central location. Located on a road which as been converted into a walkway. Small friendly. Good food.

Good for a men's weekend away, wouldn't consider going with my wife.

We were given first floor front rooms above the outside patio and the noise and shouting went on till 3.30 am. Tried shutting the windows but within ten mins it was so swelteringly hot had to reopen them. As we only stayed two nights we put up with it but would not have if we were staying any longer.

The balconys were enclosed not nice

Room, particularly bathroom, not thoroughly cleaned. Ants. Incredibly stuffy and air conditioning only available with extra payment. Not all windows openable TV pay only. Sofa bed not made up - no linen - no help with setting up Expensive bearing mind the extras

The Palm Court are well situated for night life, apartment I had was very basic but ok for one night, very small, so I don't think I could have stayed more than a couple of nights

The noise during the night was awful, doors banging and people running from apartment to apartment, the bath in my apartment was not clean and my daughter had old razors left in her bathroom, the swimming pool had tiles missing from the bottom and the edges were green mould, the water was not clean either. I would not recommend these apartments for people with children I would say more for groups of young people
