The hotel room was fantastic, with a lovely balcony. The staff were friendly and informative. For the price this is an excellent choice, with a great pool and excellent grounds. It was also nice and peaceful, with good transport links to Palma and a short walk to Porto Pi.

There was a little bit of damp on the ceiling in the room, nothing massive, but should be looked at. Although the breakfast was good, most English people would prefer more savoury things and less cakes.

Very modern, clean, well equipped room. Good pool, not huge but I never found it overly crowded and there were always loungers free during our stay in the middle of August. Excellent staff who were very helpful when we both arrived early and left the hotel late on the day of our departure. The Hotel is well located between the city and beaches for those who would like to combine both in one trip. The hotel is located uphill and the city centre or beach are probably about 20-25 minutes walk in opposite directions. However bus routes are close, frequent, and cheap (1.25 euros per journey), with a taxi rank directly outside the hotel and very reasonable fares. Overall an excellent hotel, for what we paid it was very good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends or stay here again.

The third bed in our triple room was clearly an extra bed that had been put in the room to accommodate us, meaning that it wasn't quite as comfortable as the others.

Good facilities to combine city excursions with the rest on the beach. The design looks nice, tasty breakfast. Not a bad price for 4 stars.

A little too far from everything and besides high on the mountain. If you go there by foot, you dont need a sport gym)). The floor in the room was washed only in the center of it. The shower was half broken with water running in different directions.The furniture looks shabby.

The hotel was very nice with all the comforts and a swimming pool where refresh if don't want to reach the beach beacuse , indeed, it's quite far.

The position is bad and the bus service is not appropriate (you have to change alost 2 lines) , we reached the hotel by foot and it has been destroing. when you get to the city centre from the airport remeber to catch a taxi! anyway..the hotel is very nice.

The hotel was placed high up on a hill away from the main city. It was great to go out at night, then come back to the hotel (which is an inexpensive cab ride away) and be in silence.

I don't like the blankets on the beds. They were very rough, feeling more like harsh winter carpet. The air conditioners in the rooms are placed near the door and don't circulate throughout the room.

Value and comfort for money

Internet was charged aside and the location is not the best.

Lo fantástica que va la calefacción y el detalle de poderla regular uno desde la cama, y la magnífica cama enorme que hay en las habitaciones.

El wifi, la conexión no llega muy bien en las habitaciones.

Limpieza de la habitacion deficiente, y evidencias claras de antiguedad en muchos detalles (marcos de las puertas despegadas, la mampara del baño no sellaba nada, la alcachofa del baño echaba el agua por todos lados menos por donde debia, etc...)

Es correcto, agradable con buena luz e instalaciones.

Le falta mantenimiento . Los borde del baño podrian estar mejor terminados. Los baños estan algunos con golpes.
