Nixe Palace  

The sea front balcony view was breathtaking. The beach was beautiful as well.

There was a giant roach in our bathroom and when we complained, the staff did not apologize. Instead, they just awkwardly stared at us. There were also tons of ants on our balcony, crawling in and out of the fascade of the hotel. Definitely not 5 star hotel quality.

It was near to the beach, not far from Palma and there were frequesnt buses into Palma. A visit to Portal Nous is a must.

Hotel breakfast was 18 euros per night each this was very high priced for what we actually got. The evening meal the waiters were a little disorganised and the head waiter never smiled. The staff on the front desk were fairly helpful. When you book you are not guaranteed a balcony so just be careful, there are some premium rooms that just have a window and no balcony, we got a window in our room, we did complain but it took 2 days to move rooms. The hotel is a little dated and wound benefit from an upgrade.

Very close to the beach!

We have been to lots of hotels, but this was one of the best. It is the third time we visit Nixe, and we look forward to visit it again.

Good location,only few metres to the beach.Easy journey into Palma. A lovely hotel,great sea views.

Breakfast too expensive,46+ euros a morning for two!,GPB = £44! Seven nights would cost a wolloping 322 euros,GPB = £318! just for breakfast,for nothing out of the ordinary. Parking also another rip off at 15 euros a night. Doubt that this really is a 5* hotel.May just get to 4*.On the whole a very expensive 3 night stay.The El Fuerte in Marbella is better and far cheaper,and includes a great breakfast.

We had a room on the 6th floor with a very large balcony with sunbeds! And seaview - a must have! The breakfast and bar areas where nice. .

I missed a private beach. The pool was very small and the area around the pool too small and crowded. The fitnessroom was very,very small and poorly equipped and the broken equipment was not repaired during the week we where there!

The hotel is very conviniently located just 20 min away from Palma and the airport. The hotel itself has a charming not a generic look with multiple terraces to sit and enjoy the seaview while having coffee or food.The room is very comfortable and clean. The superior room with a large terrace provided a great view and plenty of room for our family of 3. The hotel staff is friendly, multilingual and ready to help with any request. The public beach is right at the steps of the hotel and not that crowded. The food is nice although a bit pricey.

The morning coffee facilities are non existent. Although there is a nice breakfast buffet available, it is expensive and rather too big for someone who just want a cup of coffee with a pastry in the morning. The bar serves coffee, but it is not open until 10:30 am. There is not coffee maker in the room as well. It is a pity for a beautiful hotel like this not to have a nice coffee bar.

Staying at the Nixe Palace was for me ok, I had a suite room 307 and it had a great view, the noise coming from people staying in the rooms near was quite loud. I would stay there again as it was near to my buisness and I saw family who were also local. Charlie Baker

Its comfortable services as well as its location

We visited as a group of five ladies and we all were really impressed by the location, service and helpfulness of the staff, the food we had was excellent and the breakfasts were super. Would highly recommend it!

Brilliant terrace for breafast. Nice food we were offered room 808(?) a triple with a lousy balcony. We asked for another triple which we GOT(room 612) with a much better view and balcony. Why put us in an inferior room to begin with? Its meant to be 5 star and the hotel was only half full.

Beautiful location! Sea view room is a must. The view from the hotel is breath taking. The hotel is only a 10 minute taxi ride (less than 10 euro)to the city center, or you can take the #3 bus, there is a bus stop right by the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful. Spa was lovely and excellent massage. Very relaxing hotel.

There are 2 different elevators you have to take to get from one side of the hotel to another, that was a bit annoying. The restaurants in the hotel were quite expensive, and some of the staff were not very friendly at all. However, there were some much cheaper places nearby. The hotel and the view was amazing, but it was very expensive as well.
