Everything was fine - I just needed to spend a night in a decent place on a way from Madrid to he North. Car parking was extremely useful

We stayed on the way to Canaries and on way back, for 1 night each time.. Very handy for Madrid airport.. Bus to and from airport for small extra charge.. Very nice room too...

Close to the airport and the shuttle to and from. Decorated nicely.

The mattresses were a little too hard. The restaurant was breezy - a draught coming in under the door so was a bit chilly.

Far from Madrid Centrum but hotel offers cheap shuttle to Metro station which was cheap and easy to use .

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The proximity of the hotel to the airport was ideal for a overnight's stay between international flights. The room was small, but well appointed and very clean. Surprisingly, the dinner in the hotel was delicious and reflected the local cuisine.

After a long flight, it suited me perfectly.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The whole hotel was immaculately clean, our bedroom was comfortable and reasonably spacious. All the staff were very welcoming, polite, and very helpful. The buffet breakfast(continenta) was fine.The food in the restaurant was well cooked and far better value than the local restaurants. Proximity to Barajas airport is a huge bonus; I found it easy to drive to the Terminals in just a few minutes

The restaurant menú is limited in choice, but what was available was well cooked and very good value.Apart from that , I honestly cannot fault the hotel.

The hotel can get noisy later in the evening...lots of suitcase rolling noise and you can hear just about everything...

I thought the hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable and provided a very good service. We stayed in this hotel because of its proximity to Barajas airport and because it was well reviewed. The hotel staff were very obliging except for one grumpy transport driver but him aside everyone else was very obliging. There isn't much to do in Lavacuellos but because the hotel provides a very prompt shuttle service to and from the airport getting into Madrid on the metro is relatively easy. The room was basic enough and the toilet smelled of drains but the restaurant downstairs serves decent enough grub but avoid the morning breakfast there was nothing fresh or appetizing on offer. All in all if you are stopping off to visit Madrid for a day or two from the airport and you would like someplace cheap cheerful and friendly staff I would definitely recommend this hotel

It wasn't as close as I'd hoped & the other hotel [I think it was 2T?] that shares the shuttle was closer to the airport & 1st drop & last pick-up

Excellent hotel situated in a very good position close to Madrid airport. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The airport service was also first class.

Having a room overlooking the main road was noisy though not unbearable. There was some noise from in the hotel. This did not detract from the stay.

Nice and clean room, looks like the entire hotel has been recently remodeled. New furnishings and fixtures, very contemporary. Flat screen tv, large closet, good lighting, two sets of double paned windows for noise and insulation. Bathroom was very nice, modern and clean, and included a bidet. Airport shuttle at 6 euros was very convenient. Breakfast was very good. There was an automatic espresso maker for dispensing espresso and hot milk, and a juice dispenser. They also offered cold milk, yogurt, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, bread, fresh fruit, and a variety of packaged pastries. We used this as a layover for our flight home, so it was very convenient to the airport. I don't know how it would be as a base for exploring Madrid.

Very thin walls or ceiling, as we could hear a neighbor very clearly in the morning. The hot water runs out so long showers are out.

No coffee in room (very minor quibble) and bed was very hard. Shuttle to/from airport a little pricey but the room rate was low enough that it probably accounted for this.
