This low-rise complex is located in central Playa de las Américas, only 440 yards from the nearest beach and within easy reach of a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. The Paradero complex is formed by 2-floor bungalows surrounded by bright flowers and shrubs. All units on the ground floor have a large terrace and the ones on the upper floor have a balcony. There is a restaurant with a terrace, serving breakfast and dinner. There is also a poolside bar. Hotel Rooms: 115, Hotel Chain: Coral Hotels. Location was ok a 5 minute walk from the main strip. Apartment was very basic and not very clean. Get what you pay for. Also when arrived patio door lock was broke and staying on ground floor staff didnt seem bothered!!

Хорошие апартаменты. Только берите Парадео 2 . а не 1. И просите на втором или третьем этаже. На первом не кофортно .

Perfect location, close to the beach, amazing combination of price and quality. It is small and cosy, you feel like home there enjoying warm evenings on the balcony. It was rather hard to find the reception (we searched for it for 2 hours) because the reception is called not "Paradero". Also, they did not change the bed linen often, but still overall the apartments are very good.

Vieta mieste, kainos ir kokybės santykis. Aš užsakiau internetu viešbutį "Paradero", tačiau, kai nuvykau į vietą ir susiradau viešbutį, dar kokią valandą ieškojau šio viešbučio registratūros, bet paaiškėjo, kad jos net nėra. Registratūra yra viešbutyje "Paraiso de Sol" ?!!!? Kodėl apie tai nebuvo informuota užsakant viešbutį "Paradero"??????

A localização é muito boa - perto da praia/camionetas/taxis/bares/supermecados. A piscina era agradável e sempre limpa... Os quartos têm bastante espaço e um bom terraço (pelo menos o que fiquei) A entrada para os quartos não é muito agradável, pelo menos a primeira vez...um pouco escura e desprotegida de segurança...mas depois habituamo-nos...

le prix, La proximité des commerces et de la plage, le ménage fait tout les jours les services proposés par l'hotel piscine table de ping pong bar snack... l'amabilité du personnel de la réception du ménage... l'eau de la piscine trop froide ne doit surement pas être chauffé et les indications pour se rendre à l'hôtel sont mauvaise pour nous il s'agissait de l'hôtel california l'etablissement paradero est très grand est réparti sur plusieurs endroit donc quand on arrive a 2h00 faire le el paradero 1 el paradero 2 le paradero del sol pour enfin trouver son hotel il faudrait vraiment que l'adresse soit la bonne dès la réservertion pour l'hôtel california l'adresse est Calle Noelia afonso cabrera et pas V centenario

A localização é excelente, perto da praia e da movida nocturna. Foi preciso um mapa para encontrar o apartamento dado o tamanho do complexo. A localização do bar em plena zona de pasagem para os apartamentos não me pareceu adequada.

Proximité de la plage et de la ville Personnel ne parle pas français, pas de télévision, pas de téléphone, fenêtes ne se ferment pas mais tiennent unique avec des barres de fer, beaucoup de fournis sur le plan de travail de la cuisine, ménage laisse à désirer, pour les chambres situées en bord de route énormément de bruit la nuit
