Very large rooms.

Location & building itself. Challenging to get there by narrow streets :)

Parking - you need to be lucky to park nearby (we did but really by luck), stuff was not really friendly

it´s our 3rd time so we like Arcos

If you can afford to stay here, I believe it's a wasted stay unless you have the balcony rooms overlooking the breath taking scenery. The location is sensational.

Access here is desperate through very narrow and one-way streets with no parking on arrival. Apart from The Bar and restaurant there are no other leisure facilities, you are paying for the location and views.

Old world simplicity and elegance. All grandiose and sparkling. Quiet, comfortable rooms and astonishing views, not lacking in Arcos but probably the best in town - especially from the bar patio. Especially if you can afford a room with a view. We didn't splash out.

Breakfast buffet at 16 euro is definitely steep but the only nearby alternative was a smoky cafe at 9am. The breakfast waitress was very nice though. The cost didn't spoil it.

Beautiful hotel on a square in the old town. Really well located. This parador is old but beautifully maintained and v comfortable. The presence of a terrace also adds to the experience. And we got great value too in the price of our room!

Great location and view. Upgraded to room with balcony right over cliff. Spectacular. Nice restaurant and terrace. Good large bathroom.

We had room no 6, and the heating system (termostat) did not work. During the night the temperature was about 30 degrees, and it was hopeless to sleep. We complained on the phone, and in the morning. But when we checked out, the recepcionist had changed. This person was quite rude and did not belive us when we told him that the heating system was completely malfunctioning. We ended up with a 20% discount, which was not enough for a night without sleep.

Comfortable hotel, great views in lovely old white hill/cliff top town. Staff helpful and friendly.

The parador is in an excellent location with fantastic views. The building itself is beautiful and the rooms are very large and comfortable. You can walk all over this small town without any need for a car.

If you arrive by car, parking at the parador is difficult. The restaurant prices are much higher than local restaurants,

The streets are very narrow so driving can be difficult, also parking at the parador is very limited.

We were unable to start dinner before 8-30pm, much prefer dinner around 7-30pm onwards.

Poor parking facilities. The Paradore should have dedicated parking at the Plaza.

Fantastic view from our room's balcony - the best in the hotel. Ask for room 18 (top floor, corner).

Rooms are spacious but desperately need an update/refurbishment.

The hotel was beautiful. It has a wonderful deck with a great view of the valley below. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was well stocked with sundries. The location was great for walking around the city.

The parking was terrible. Parking near the hotel is not available unless you get extremely lucky. Parking is about a 15/20 min. walk down the hill. Our room overlooked the parking lot so in the morning when all the tour buses arrived and in the evening when people are milling about, the noise was very loud. And the view of the parking lot is most unappealing. If you stay here, only stay in a room overlooking the valley. The town is very small and it really does not need a stop over when traveling in Spain. Instead I suggest coming for a few hours at the most. If you want to stay in a hill town, go to Ronda and stay there.

Very classy hotel in an exceptional location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Location - stunning views from terrace. Elegant and interesting interior, including distinctive artistic tile work of the region.

The food was not really up to the standard we would expect from a Spanish parador. We should have been warned in advance of the difficulty of finding parking near the hotel and provided with information re the location of more distant parking and appropriate public transport.

Great position in countryside and town, excellent room, room with space, good vibe, feeling of luxury
