The location is fantastic.

For the price-quality ratio this is the worst parador we've stayed in. At dinner, the staff just chucked your food in front of you and there was no service with a smile. There were a couple of large groups staying while we were there - when they got up at 6am there was no sound isolation between the rooms and we were woken up by them every day. One afternoon at about 4pm we wanted a drink in the bar but there was nobody there to serve us. So basically there were a lot of problems for an expensive hotel. Oh, and our bathroom was never cleaned properly - there was a brown sticker on the floor in front of the toilet that was never removed - and I would assume that the cleaner must clean around the toilet and must have seen the sticker.

Central location perfect for city walks, gorge walks, bars, restaurants and shops. Superior Room size and view magnificent.

Pay car park, €22 per night! Lack of bar snack service around the pool terrace.

As per most Patador's the staff could do with a bit more enthusiasm and be more customer focused and orientated ! An occasional smile would help.

Located right next to the Old City overlooking the New Bridge. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Ronda

We couldn't stay longer

Food was fantastic. Location very good.

Restaurant staff one, waitress dropped full tray of glasses and didn't clear it up ,broken glass all over tiled floor. Then she slopped our wine all over our table which again wasn't cleaned up!!!!! The money that was spent on our 20th Wedding anniversary treat was very disappointing!!!!! A smile and good evening would have helped ,we felt the staff at the Parador were quite grumpy apart from the cleaning staff. We were led to believe it was a two night promotion for the price we paid by booking.com but once there Parador staff new nothing of this. We were very disappointed. We were told that if we stayed a second night it would be another 220 euros. This trip has been organised since December 2012.

It has a beautiful view.

It's a old hotel. You have to get a room with a view to get some value for your money. If you don't get a view, choose another hotel.

The location and standard of rooms and food was excellent

we enjoyed every part of our trip.

Our Bedroom was fantasic, very luxurious, clean, beautiful views. We had a wonderful romantic stay.

The only negative was that the check in and check out was slow, not enough staff.

A must-stay in Ronda. We stayed on the ground floor and really enjoyed the garden and the view from there.

Tried to take a nap but there was noise from renovation.

Need to take care when driving out of garage. The way toward to the exit is narrow.

Location, decent-sized room.

If this is typical of the chain as a whole, Paradors have lost the plot. Off-hand check-in, complete absence of services which used to be present (slippers in the room, loan of umbrellas, free parking for Amigos de Paradores cardholders, etc.) Then there's the slow/non-existent bar service, and the receptionist's excuse for the missing services: "It's the recession". In a recession you have to improve the offering, not alienate your customers. At this price, there must be more civilised places to stay in Ronda.

The parador's position is amazing. The views are fantastic. The food at breakfast great and bedrooms clean, spacious and relaxing.

The hotel charges a lot daily for parking and the staff when checking out were a bit slow.

Situation

Location and this is something that the hotel clearly relies on for its business as it is most certainly not their service.

Indifference of reception staff. The internet did not work and they did not care. Lame excuses to fob you off. Just pathetic given the fee paid. Parking rip off

Great location, on the side of the gouge and bridge. Spacious room with Patio overlooking the bridge.

They don't supply slippers. Very expensive parking fee ( 20 euro per day )

The views are impressive, very good location. Varied breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Some of the furnishings and building decoration need attention if the high standards are to be mantained. Parking fee could be reduced.
