Finca Eslava is a converted 18th-century manor house located just outside Antequera. It offers a free spa, fitness center and large grounds with a pool and paddle tennis court.
Score from 216 reviews Very good
Nestled in typical, Andalusian countryside and with fantastic views – this grand, Arabic-style hotel is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in style.
Score from 117 reviews Excellent

Great location with a good pool. A quality hotel with very comfortable room and good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Five minute walk to the main street with cafes and bars, Plenty of free carparking on site.
Good location, free parking, terrific views, excellent service, wifi, bright spacious room, luxury sun loungers, pool.
Beautiful bedroom Lovely view Helpful reception staff Excellent breakfast choices and quality food
Lunch was very disappointing Restaurant staff seem disinterested No atmospher in restaurant although beautiful view Poor menu and service during lunch Breakfast staffing limited - queue of people waiting for cups to serve coffee
the location for travellers wishing to visit seville, cordoba and granada is excellent. hotel very clean with beds changed twice in one week. very close to main eating area in antequera---5 minutes at most
one bar area which didnt open until after 1pm and closed approx 11.30 pm.breakfast is extra--15 euro pp per day
Location, pool, good sized room.
Expensive breakfast. No extractor fan in bathroom, hence steamy mirrors etc.
Just back from a week long holiday stay. Took a hire care from Malaga airport then used this hotel as a base to do day trips to Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Ronda and the El Torcal National Park. The real surprise was how much there was to see and do in Antequera itself (fortress, church, dolmens, town). This modern hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained with easy parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool & surroundings were a delight to lounge in and the views from here, the bar and the restaurant over the Andalusian plains were stunning. Cloudless days meant the air-con was especially welcome.
Only weakness was that whilst food was excellent the main restaurant offered only one set menu the whole week so we ended up using our half board to eat tapas from the bar menu.
Overlooking the landscape, aircon worked very well, staff friendly
clean room and bed linen
the bad smells around the bar area. aircon and lighting in room was not user friendly
good location for access to Antequera (fully walkable) Very comfortable room Airy atmosphere
Staff smoking on duty in the cafeteria and smelling of cigarette smoke in the dining room in the evening. Breakfast disappointing, although there was a good choice of things we did not want. Disappointing evening meal, expensive wine served in average bar type wine glasses.
The whole package was superb. Very friendly and attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. Excellent restaurant, great menu and superb food, thoroughly enjoyed the three day break, will go again.
Modern decorated, spacey and comfortable room and bathroom. Restaurant has amazing views. Professional housekeeping staff.
After check in and arriving at the pool area, in it turns out there are tens of people frantically running around, setting up for a (big) wedding party: rearranging furniture, installing sound- and light installations, etc. Pool and bar facilities were usable, but clearly disturbed and certainly not making for a relaxing atmosphere...Thought management should at least have mentioned this at time of check in. During the night the wedding party was noisily roaming the hallways... Non of front desk staff spoke any English - for a hotel of this standard unacceptable. We admittedly arrived late at breakfast, but staff started clearing up buffet swiftly and without warning or asking us if we'd like to have something else. Unfriendly and unprofessional.
Very modern and attractive hotel.
A really nice location: nice rooms with top equipment, very nice view, good location to visit Antequerra and also to visit other places. Very nice pool. Wifi is working fince. free parking.
We enjoyed the fact the Hotel was in the City so we could look around, but it was quiet, and it had safe parking, all the staff were helpful, and the food excellent, in fact a little bit of Heaven in Antequera, we shall return.
Everything was perfect.
Great pool - nice for chilling out.
Nice clean and comfortable hotel, walking distance to town but with a countryside feel. Pool area is very nice.
The staff are not friendly and the welcome is not very inviting.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, very modern. Food was very good - particularly at dinner. Wonderful views of the sunset. Can recommend a visit Fuente de Piedra to see the flamingos but not in the middle of the day.
Bathroom had opaque glass walls which made it difficult to visit during the night without waking one's companion.
location and facilities good breakfast
it was very quiet so the bars and coffee areas were not staffed. So we had to ask reception every time we wanted a drink for example
Great view of the famous "Indian Rock"'. The restaurant and bar is really elegant, good food and service.
Excellent service, location, restaurant, value for money
No obvious dislikes.
Totally loved the views and the total silence you get from staying here. Found a lot of peace from this place. We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied with the quality of the room (we stayed in the suite). Breakfast was nice, had some nice local delicacies.
Wifi was a little intermittent across the room.
Surrounded by beautiful gardens in a peaceful location with stunning outlook yet only short walk to town.
The pool was closed
Great swimming pool
The views at breakfast from the dining room! Very good quality breakfast (although at 15 euros per person a very full price). Very peaceful and beautiful location but within a few minutes walk from the town centre. Well signposted and easy to find. Staff extremely helpful. I have made what I hope are helpful comments opposite because otherwise this is a delightful place to stay within close proximity to many interesting places to visit.
The open plan reception/bar/lounge area doesn't lend itself in our opinion to enjoying a quiet drink/tapas. We planned to order a coffee in the bar in the afternoon but found the tv was on very loud and a child watching it, interspersed with running around and shouting. The staff obligingly brought us coffee downstairs in another area which however lacked atmosphere. Later in the evening we planned to have tapas in the bar but the waiter was clearly under pressure in the restaurant and after bringing us drinks failed to appear again for us to order food. We noticed that staff at breakfast, and in the bar, were on occasions in short supply, placing them under undue pressure and causing some delays. This is no bad reflection on the staff themselves, who were at all times most helpful.
