Good location, very beautiful city with good saved fortress. Many birds specially storks. Very special place.

Not good restaurant that was recommended staff from Parador

Great historic spanish atmosphere at a reasonable cost - worth the money. Great central location. Friendly staff. Free computer/internet. Quiet. Beautiful private garden and comfy lobby to relax in. Good bar.

Are you kidding, nothing not to like.

Lovely historical building in central location.

On arrival, walked into bathroom and found that previous guest had urinated in the bidet. This was first impression of a parador, very disappointing. While building was beautiful, room was unremarkable, just like any other hotel room. Over priced, particularly breakfast

Friendly helpful staff. Nice bar with nice nibbles.

Food, people, bed, TV...just a really nice place.

A perfect stay at a very reasonable price. Being a Parador, here has everything you would expect: the staff are delightful, the rooms is comfortable, and the stay is pleasant. I really enjoyed a lot here. But do not miss the restaurant, you can taste delicious local cuisine at nice budget. After I left a comment in the room, I even received a thank you letter from the manager when I came back home!

Location behind old city wall. Comfortable room.

100 km from airport and refused to print put boarding pass. Didn't remove breakfast charge when we checkeed out for airport one hour before breakfast served.

Wonderfully spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. The staff were delightful, courteous, helpful and polite.

The building and location.

Expensive and poor quality breakfast. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Avoid rooms overlooking noisy cobbled road

Convenience of location within the walls of old town Avila. The quality of the property. Very good breakfast. Convenient parking.

The decor was of a high standard and the rooms were very comfortably furnished. the public rooms were comfortable to rest and read in. The Parador was next to an access point ot the walls so allowed an excellent view of the city and surrounding countryside. Access was very easy for those tarvelling by car to the city

Superb location and attractive building and garden. On-site parking available. Breakfast very good.

Dining room was almost empty which put us off using it.

La distribucion del hotel no es la optima (escaleras camino a las habitaciones)

Localização, simpatia e eficiência dos funcionários. Tinha um português a estagiar na recepção super simpático. Pequeno almoço.
