Beliggenhed helt fantastisk. Ikke langt fra De tre Salvador Dali "spotsteder".Udsigt over havet, lyd af bølgebrus. Her kommer vi helt klart igen. Spa og massage uovertruffen. Den bedste ever. Det bedste og billigste sted vi overhovedet har boet på. Ærgerligt at vi ikke valgte ferie i flere dage. Kæmperos ...... Super !

Velkomsten - det var ikke en god oplevelser. vi ventede 1/2 time inden vi blev ekspederet i den udendørs cafe. Men efter vi blev "kendt" af personalet blev det bedre... Men ikke rart når man lige ankommer

Super flot beliggenhed

This hotel was a stop in our honeymoon vacation. The place is calm and peaceful, great place for relaxation. The breakfast was great and the beach was awesome. It was romantic and relaxing, great for couples.

The standard room is WAY standard, no sea view and pretty old fashion. We expected a much nicer room from a boutique hotel. The staff was nice, the reception was a bit uptight. Overall the main population was over 55 years old, don't expect young atmosphere.

Very friendly staff, good food, very clean. In fact everything about the hotel was first class

Lack of entertainment/activity within the hotel.

Facilities were excellent, very nice room location and good choice of food on offer at very reasonable prices including the Bar.

Great views, friendly personal. Very good breakfast and supper. Good for guests travelling by car.

Stayed here for 5 nights I had I half-board included, but the menu had not been changing through the days and some courses required additional payment to me. Be advised not take half board if you suppose to stay more than 5 days.

Absolutely fantastic views from the hotel and gourmet dinner. Small but very good spa zone with jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna. You can rent a bike directly in the hotel and have a lovely time in Platja d'Aro. Very good and modern gym.

Very basic rooms, not very good service in the restaurant during dinner time. The hotel is the last in Platja d'Aro, so you need time to get to restaurant and main street.

We highly recommend this hotel. It is set in an amazingly beautiful location, on a cliff above two stunning and magical beaches. between Platja D'Aro and Palamos, on the Costa Brava. The hotel staff was charming, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent! The room we were given was very spacious and facing the sea. The SPA was absolutely fabulous. Pity the pool wasn't heated, or we would have dived in, as did the more courageous Russians and Germans there. We most certainly would love to revisit this hotel, if we find a similar special rate (115 euros per night).

The cafeteria - the only place where you can have lunch in the hotel - was seriously understaffed (one waitress for a dozen tables scattered all over the terrace). This caused our simple lunch to last over 90 minutes! Given that the hotel was almost fully booked, more staff should have been accounted for.

Beautifull location, great pool, friendly staff. Good food in restaurant and pool side.

Time to check in very long, but I think it is the slow system, not down to the reception staff being slow.

Liked everything about Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful a lovely location with a beautiful beach, would deffinately stay here again.

We didn't like the choice of food on the dinner menue there was nothing we would eat so had to eat out every night,glad we hadn't booked full board.Catering seemed to be for French and Germans taste.

It is spacious so you feel you have lots of room to yourself. The setting is wonderful. Two small beaches in coves are very private. The staff are friendly and helpful in English French and Spainish. We will be regular visitors here .

We took the club room with a balcony. Amazing view fron the room to the sea. Amazing bech! Very nice breakfast. Excellent location.

The stunning location, comfort and cleanliness of the Hotel, extensive choice for breakfast and the friendly helpful staff made this a very special visit and we would happily recommend the San Jorge.

Coming in as a mom with my 9 and 12 year old. I absolutely loved the way they took care of us!! Anything I needed they were on top of it. I loved the location, the view from my balcony was amazing. Often times you pay for a view and then do not get one but this was not the case! Will definitely be planning a trip back with my husband soon.

The only I did not like was that you had to pay a 10euro fee to park at the hotel. They have plenty of parking spots and how else do you expect people flying to get around. Everyone rents a car. We are staying at the hotel not just using it to park a car. I would definitely hope that this could change for our next visit. Staying for 4-5 nights thats a lot to pay for just parking the car.

The staff were excellent, the location was excellent. In fat the whole ambiance was excellent.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The rooms with sea views and balconies are very nice. The breakfast was substantial with great variety. It was spectacularly good value.

The staff was very proffesional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Hotel is literally on the beach and has the most beautiful view of the beach. Close enough to town if you want to walk and far enough out of town to really relax and take in the surroundings. Buffet breakfast was very good as was the room service! Rooms were very clean and spacious. we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful location on rustic Costa Brava shore in quiet surroundings. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Very service friendly reception staff. WiFi worked OK.

Restaurant and breakfast service good and reasonably priced,view over the sea.

20 euros per night for the dog was more than we usually pay at four star establishments.The hotel should advertise the price as they do with the car park charge.

Fabulous location and views over 2 amazing coves - absolutely stunning!!!!! The food was great and the staff were lovely and gave me a bottle of pink cava for my birthday!!!

The pool area could have been cleaner even though it was too cold to use - it could have been better to look at with a sweep up of leaves etc. in and around the pool.
