Hotel Parma  

The back rooms, even though they are clen and comfortable, have no windows at all, so they are quite depressing. But if you stay just for one night and you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room, they are ok.

Great location and walking distance to everything, espically the old district with some great pintxos bars. The windows have shutters so you are able block out all of the light and some of the street noise.

There is no elevator which made it hard with a stroller, but the hotel was very helpful and allowed us to store the stroller near the lobby. There are no minibars in the rooms, but the hotel allowed us to store a few things in their kitchen.

We stayed for 8 days to visit our daughter who was studying abroad. The location could't have been better- the sounds of the wave breaking right outside our window and numerous wonderful restaurants nearby. Senra Tapas bar the best in the City! The staff was friendly and helpful going out of their way to be sure we had a wonderful experience. Not being a frequent traveler overseas I especially appreciated the staff's language ability- each spoke several languages. They had entertainment recommendations that were "spot on". The room we stayed in was small but comfortable and right for the price. Bathrooms modern and clean. San Sabastain Food Company 1 block away had a wonderful wine tasting - Came away with a good feel for local wines.

The only complaint was throughout the city and was really more a local custom. I really missed the American bottomless coffeepot! We learned to order cafe Americana and that helped. Breakfast was expensive, but numerous shops nearby gave you the choice of eating out. Very helpful pleasant staff! A great stay and we may be back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room looked right out onto both the river and the Sea. Great place for walking..one direction you are a few blocks from the old town district and the hotel faces a walk that takes you all around the ocean front of San Sebastian.

The rooms could use some updating

Good welcome from the staff. Clear directions and easy to find parking. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet was simple but of a decent quality. Price reasonable for such a handy location for the old town.

Friendly people willing to help, nice location and outside view

At least some rooms (single?) do not have normal windows, so it makes impression of living inside a box, when you can;t see what;s happening ourside.

Comfortable rooms, on the smaller side, in a very good location. It is on the edge of old town; close to restaurants and the beach. Rooms had a bit of an odor but nothing too distracting.

Location Location Location. The hotel is situated few minutes walk from the old town and the walkway. It also provides a private parking for 15E/day which is very important in San Sebastian. The room was clean and comfortable (especially if you want to return for an afternoon rest). The only thing is that we reserved an internal room (cheaper) that has no windows to the outside and therefore a bit smaller and safocating (although there is a great aircondition). I recommennd to pay a bit more and take the exterior room. There is a free Wi-Fi. We didnt incld breakfast. No need as there are many places to eat outside. In order to find the hotel you need a good gps or driving instructions.

A little difficult to find the first time...driving in an unfamiliar city...one way streets and road construction

Perfect location, helpful and welcoming staff in a hotel with simple decor and clean lines. Exceptional value for money.

Loved the close proximity to shopping and cafe/bars and walks. Very comfortable, clean hotel and the staff were very helpful, pleasant and accomodating.

Car parking not being on-sight

Ett hotell som hade prickat den perfekta nivån, inte överdådigt, inte slappt och likgiltigt.En mycket kompetent och hjälpsam personal som tipsade om det enorma överflöd av lokal matkonst alldeles runt hörnet. Vi vill komma tillbaka!!!
