Clean and comfortable with nice pool and bar. We very much enjoyed the beach and rustic atmosphere. No major complaints. Wireless service did not work well in the room.

Very clean and comfortable with fantastic river/sea views. Well places to enjoy tthe fish tapas bars by the beach. and a short walk to the town centre. We visit Sanlucar several times a year and always coose Maciia Donana No fault of the hotel but we had a lot of biting mosquitos in the room at night. Perhaps they could provide a plug -in mosquito repellant!!

hospitality of receptionists is very good, they are very helpful to all your questions and needs, and all of them are speaking English very well. modern and clean rooms. Breakfast price/quality not in balance

Good location and facilities. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Buffet dinner was a disaster and very disappointing. Would recommend eating in one of the restaurants nearby such as mirador donana. Buffet dinner was only complaint.

Very helfull and friendly personell. Nice location - 5 minutes from beach. Good breakfasts. Speed WiFi. Good service for money. No refrigerator

Location was great. very close to the beach. lots of local cafes too. We didn't get the room we booked ie no balcony and no extra bed for our 5 year old as requested. They said they would put one in but decided not to bother as two Single beds pushed together was enough.

The tranquility, the aspect over the Atlantic is superb. The position of the parador overlooking the sea across the grounds and swimming pool bring joy every morning you open your window.. And the constant flights of the birds revelling in winds is a delight.

We liked the location near the beach and we had a sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was good value for money. We didnt have a fridge and one was bought to our room without charge. Cooked breakfast. Sometimes the eggs got really dried out and they were not changed. They should have been taken away and replaced with fresh items. The staff obviously thought they were okay but sometimes they were horrible. Would like to have seen much better fruit selection in the mornings at breakfast. Good selection of other items but they didn't interest us.

El personal es amable. El garaje está bien y comunica directamente con el hotel. La ubicación no está mal. La cama es demasiado blanda debido a un colchón antiguo. El hotel, en general, es un poco flojo para su número de estrellas y precio.

Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié le restaurant. Très cher, très peu de choix et très banal. L'hôtel est pas mal mais très cher comparé à tous les hôtels ou nous sommes passés. De plus le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix.

el hotel moderno, bien decorado, nos dieron una habitacion con vistas a la piscina y al mar...muy bonito esta al lado de "Bajo de Guia" la zona de la playa donde estan los restaurantes...la playa....la oficina de turismo( fabrica de hielo) y donde se cogen los barcos para ir al coto de Doñana...Perfecto al centro (pl del Cabildo) se tsrda 15min andando... el coche se puede aparcar gratis en la misma calle en mi opinion la mejor relacion calidad de Sanlucar nada

Sobresaliente el personal. Amabilidad y profesionalidad al nivel del hotel y de las exigencias de los clientes.... trato muy grato y servicial. Telefonillo de la ducha incontrolable. Lo que en muchos hoteles es un problema, con la falta de presión en la ducha, en este hotel, cuando podría ser un disfrute se convierte en un problema al no tener el soporte, capacidad de aguantar la tremenda presión del telefonillo y saltar este del soporte mojándolo todo. Nada que no se solvente apretando tornillos.
