The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The location, near some very interesting shops. The large room size.

Lack of restaurants nearby

The central location is great. Also very close to the airport bus - super practical. We had huge room to the back street, so plenty of space and quiet. The breakfast is served on the top floor with great view of the ocean and park.

Can hear outside traffic

- very central location, within minutes you can walk to central bus station or the cathedral, nevertheless room is not noisy - rooms clean and spacy - overall very good ratio of price and value

the same music was played 4 days consecutively on a loop in the restaurant-in the end I avoided it as I couldn't take it any more!

Not enough electric points in room

We saw the carnival which was very corourful a lot went into that.We would have taken a lot more interrest but as we went over to the Trial of our daughter,s murder we went over there for a different reason.

The Parque Hotel offers excellent value accommodation in a great location in Las Palmas. It is within easy walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants and the local market. The main bus station is nearby with a comprehensive service network to all parts of the island and to the rest of the town

Lovely hotel, if your aim is - to see the city, not the beach. It should be noted that the tourist district - boring. The beach was not impressed, the usual sandy shore. Very convenient location in the city center close to the historic area and the bus station. The room clean and tidy. Varied breakfast, including scrambled eggs, cheese, vegetables, baked goods. The ideal ratio quality - price for this town. The area is quiet, away from the noisy discotheques but a 15-20 minute walk. Un hotel encantador, si su objetivo - para ver la ciudad, no la playa. Cabe señalar que el distrito turístico - aburrido. La playa no estaba impresionado, la playa de arena de costumbre. Muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad cerca del centro histórico y de la estación de autobuses. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. Variado desayuno que incluye huevos revueltos, queso, verduras, productos de panadería. La proporción ideal de calidad - precio para esta ciudad. La zona es tranquila, lejos de las discotecas ruidosas, pero un paseo de 15-20 minutos.

everything is fine

The staff were very nice, particularly, a Lebanese guy names Osama, really helpful, introduced us every part of the city and we could just sketch a program where to go each day. The place is really easy to reach by bus. Nearby you could find some night life activities going on. Overall could be considered as a valued-for-money.

Unfortunately our room placed at the other side of the ocean and we didn't have any sight scenery from the window although we were in 4th floor. No swimming pool and 24 hours open bar inside.
