Apartamentos Parque Tropical  

Hotel in a great location. Had everything that you needed in apartment. Just needed to buy washing up liquid. Beds comfy. Cleaned everyday except weds and sun. Had to pay a refundable deposit for tv remote of 20 euros. safe was 20 euros too, with 5 euros refunded on check out.

Had a great time loved it , my daughter loved the pool and we both felt safe and secure

Heated pool, it was definately the warmest pool ive swam in in January! Location was excellent, 2 minutes from the strip. The maintenance staff responded quickly to our request of a replacement lightbulb. Also i emailed the apartments requesting a quiet room and that is what we got. Maid service excellent also.

Not enough room around pool areas for sunloungers and we were there in January so i would imagine it would be a struggle to find somewhere in the busier months. Also pool bar not open in the evening but again i imagine that was because it was January. Also the rooms are very dark even with all the lights on. Not impressed with the £25 per week wifi charge, stayed at the Barcarola recently and that was free.

we really enjoyed our stay from dec 13 to dec 20 the place was shining clean.the staff were very helpful.lovely kitchen,the cleaner had a lovely smile every day, a lovely lady. we hope to go back again soon. perfect location and very quiet.

we stayed upstairs and would like if there was a light fitted where the turn comes in the stairs,it would leave it much easier to use at night

I loved how peacefull and quiet the complex is.

I didnt like when we arrived after 6 hours of travelling that the apartments hadnt received our booking.

There was nothing that we did not like about Apartamentos Parque Tropical, the pool side staff and the cleaning staff were very good at their jobs and very friendly, as Parque Tropical was recommended to us we would not hesitate to recommend Parque Tropical to our friends, Hilda & Martin McEvoy.

The rooms were very nice clean and spacious with lovely patio area outside. Very well equiped. Restaurant was superb and very good value for money. All outisdie areas were kept clean and tidy. Choice of three pools which was nice.

Lack of air conditioning was very uncomfortable - ceiling fans were provided which were so slow they made very little difference.

The location was excellent, 2 min walk from the strip. The apartments themselves were very expensive compared to others in the area but the pool area was gorgeous and our room was very spacious.

Very overpriced compared to similar apartments nearby.

Excellent accommodation, location and service.

My children and I loved the swimming pool, the snacks at the bar and the restaurant. The apartments were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us as there was a good shop across the street and lots of nice restaurants and bars close by too.

We used the appartments as a base for a cycling tour of the island and it served that purpose very well. Great Hiperdino supermarket over the street, good bars on the street and a stone's throw from the strip. The apartments had a good view of the sea across to Fuerte Ventura and the hills. There was a large bathroom. Reasonably priced at 180 Euros (135Quid) for 4 nights. Very clean, cool and comfortable apartments with mosquito nets on windows and a veranda. A decent swimming pool for those that like that sort of thing and a lauderette on site. Reception staff were very personable and helpful.

La ubicaión

Apartamento amplio con acceso a la piscina directo. Supermecado DINO enfrente y la playa de Puerto del Carmen a pocos metros. muy cerca de calles comerciales. La piscina esta muy bien con amacas comodas. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas para usarlas. De hecho, teníamos para elegir, supongo que en Julio y Agosto habrá más problemas.

El apartamento estaba bastante deteriorado. El sofa es sofa-cama y las laminas del somier estaban rotas. Del inventario que se supone debía haber, la mitad no había, aunque realmente solo necesitamos de una sarten que nos dieron en recepcion de inmediato. La ducha no tenía presión suficiente para lavarte el pelo con comodidad. TV de pago. Teníamos sintonizado el canal 'la sexta' creo que de manera analogica, porque los canales de TDT son de pago. Practicamente todo puerto el carmen es para Alemanes, por eso, yo recomendaría más ir a otra zona de la isla, aun así, si se quiere ese destino, estos apartamentos estan bien. Aún así, creo que la relación calidad/precio esta bien.

Very clean, relaxing, peaceful, near the beach........ The aparment was big and well equipt, microwave, electric kettle, toaster , iron, ironing board, hairdryer, a large fridgefreezer and lots of presses...

The apartment was very hot, we left the ceiling fans on all the time, but it made no difference it was still like a sauna......... They need to upgrade the airconditioning. We requested a pool view, our request was not granted, we were told they were booked out. On arrival we were shocked at having to pay the balance, i already paid for with my Laser card,the receptionist said they nerver recieved this payment, i wasnt giving any notice or reminder for this payment.

Myself, my husband and daughter have stayed three times and were always very happy there. We were very happy with the apartment which was first floor poolside as we requested. The rooms are cleaned regularly and towels changed. The whole complex is very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would never want to stay anywhere else when we come to Lanzarote

I liked the relaxed, friendly and safe feeling there was in the apartment block. Location was perfect - close to beach and main strip.

Its only a small thing but would have liked towels to be changed a bit more frequent

Apartamenentos Parque Tropical was clean,near beach staff ,friendly nice pool ,I would recommend it to friend's May be a bit enxpensive,from the price's i got from apartment's closer to the beach.

Really liked it can't say anything bad,Have stayed there six times before.
