Convenient for major Bilbao attractions, Guggenheim etc. Has a very clean underground carpark and family rooms are spacious Some facilities shown on my booking (bathrobes and slippers) were not in the room which disappointed the kids and reception were very unhelpful when this was brough to their attention. Furniture in room looked tired and lots of dust in places.

Very good location: near to shopping area / museums / tram / underground. Large room, very nice bathroom. It's hard to find a parking place in the streets around, but the hotel has an underground parking (but for around 20 euros a day)

It was clean, convenient and well priced. It was inconvenient to use the wifi in the lobby once a day. Paying an extra charge was not a way to make customers feel welcome.

The Hotel was reasonably central in the city.The room price was reasonable.The room was comfortable.The Hotel was within walking distance of the Bus Depot. The Hotel restaurant was not operating.

The location was good for the guggenheim and shopping The expected rude reception staff commented on several reviews on the abba parque made an appearance at the check in desk he spoke with me without looking at me for a couple of minutes...the check out reception girl (with teeth braces) was charming though.. A bad welcome from hotel staff encouraged us not to spend money in the abba parque or have breakfast at the hotel, or re-book at the abba parque when infact I have been and will be a frequent visitor to bilbao where similar priced hotels shine above this hotel.....3 Stars is about right with a good location and good aircon.

Very large family suite which split into two rooms. 15 minutes walk from Guggenheim and old town. Easy access for main moterway Parking! Very tight underground carpark - virtually impossible with a large car with either roof-rack or bikes. Is it really fair to charge hotel guests an additional charge to park at the hotel?

Good location - comfortable room ("executive") with balcony Staff at breakfast was extremely unfriendly - the first day they discussed loudly between themselves using foul language - the second day, we arrived at the breakfast room just after a big group had left, when asking the staff where to sit they indicated us twice a table which had not yet been cleaned, saying it was clean!

The location of the hotel is very convenient for visiting points of interest within the city and is close to trams/bus stations etc, there were also good restaurants and cafe's nearby. The staff were vey friendly and helpful. The family room was comfortable and provided ample space for our family of five.

The hotel was conveniently located in Bilbao. It was a short taxi ride from the airport. It was near shops and restaurants. It was near public transportation which got my group quickly and easily to major shopping centers and the Guggenheim Museum. I did not find hotel staff fluent in English however, if we didn't have some Spanish speakers in the group, that might have proven problematic. It is a good, clean and comfortable hotel, but not what I would call luxurious. The rates normally were good, but they seem to hike up the prices when there is a major event in town. My last night in town I had to pay double the normal price because there was a major concert in the area. Overall it was a good experience. I would use this hotel again.

Location quiet good. 10 min by foot to Guggenheim. Nice bars and restaurants near by. No parking facilities and hotel parking is very expansive (20 eur). The room is quiet old and worn out. Fitness room is not very big and also quiet old.

Good location to public transportation and dining options even though this hotel is not close to the main area for restaurants and bars. Suitable for a family visit where you wish to be near green space. We received a late notification (6 days prior to arrival) that the specific room configuration we requested could not be met, despite having booked well ahead. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff did not seem apprised of the change that we had agreed on via email. They also did not speak English well enough to make the negotiation smooth.

Staff is nice and tries to help even when not possible. Wi-Fi not accesible from room (I was in level 11) you have to go to the lobby/restaurant area to get a conexion.

Efficient staff, easy check in, room service. Good value for money. Very quiet spacious room. Third bed in the triple room was an hard, uncomfortable trundle bed, disappointing for a 3 star hotel
