the size of the room, the location

we mde our reservation two months before and asked for an extra-bed. On the check-in they didn't had extra beds, so after some conversation they gaves us a room with a sofa-bed. The solution was good, but in the beginning they suggested that our daughter sleep with us.

I liked the location, cleanliness, the facilities of the hotel. Overall it was an almost excellent experience with the exception of the thing below.

The staff, I mean they're acting like you just dropped in uninvited. However I doubt much can be done, as in the area the people aren't too acustomed with tourists.

The price; location, nice rooms and modern bathrooms as well as the free wifi were nice to have.

The staff were a little unfriendly.

Good location, close to commercial center and bus station and the city's sights in general. A short walk to the old center, not too far. Nice staff, decent value for money.

Furniture was a little old and could use a refurbishment, but still not much to complain about. The bed was anyway comfortable.

The hotel is in an excellent position and the service is fine, rooms are clean and the staff is polite.

most of the people at the reception desk would hardly speak any English; my room was somewhat noisy, there was a continuous humming sound going on but I expect to be not the case with other rooms; breakfast is not included in the room price, which resulted (for me) in an overall poor value for money experience. But then, I didn't use many of the hotel facilities, so maybe my experience is biased.
