Hotel Abba Parque  

Convenient for major Bilbao attractions, Guggenheim etc. Has a very clean underground carpark and family rooms are spacious

Some facilities shown on my booking (bathrobes and slippers) were not in the room which disappointed the kids and reception were very unhelpful when this was brough to their attention. Furniture in room looked tired and lots of dust in places.

It was clean, convenient and well priced.

It was inconvenient to use the wifi in the lobby once a day. Paying an extra charge was not a way to make customers feel welcome.

Very flexible and understanding when we needed to add a second person and a cot in the room at the last minute. Great location if you're going to watch Athletic play!

The location was good for the guggenheim and shopping

The expected rude reception staff commented on several reviews on the abba parque made an appearance at the check in desk he spoke with me without looking at me for a couple of minutes...the check out reception girl (with teeth braces) was charming though.. A bad welcome from hotel staff encouraged us not to spend money in the abba parque or have breakfast at the hotel, or re-book at the abba parque when infact I have been and will be a frequent visitor to bilbao where similar priced hotels shine above this hotel.....3 Stars is about right with a good location and good aircon.

Good location, close to tramstop. Standard 3-star hotel.

Parking in the garage is with 20€ per day very expensive.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for visiting points of interest within the city and is close to trams/bus stations etc, there were also good restaurants and cafe's nearby. The staff were vey friendly and helpful. The family room was comfortable and provided ample space for our family of five.

Central location, convenient for galleries,stadium etc.

Staff is nice and tries to help even when not possible.

Wi-Fi not accesible from room (I was in level 11) you have to go to the lobby/restaurant area to get a conexion.

Creo que la conexión wiffi a internet de pago es algo a extinguir, es como si se cobrara por ver la televisión. Creo que esta medida tuvo su época pero en un hotel de estas caracteristicas el que la conexión sea de pago suena a arcaico y retrógrado, cuanto más cuando la mayoria de establecimientos de la zona (servicios públicos y restaurantes) ofrecen internet gratuito a sus clientes.

La ubicación es muy buena. Las habitaciones y su decoración, sencillitas pero aceptables (aunque se nota que el mobiliario es un poco antiguo)

No me ha gustado la vista desde las habitaciones (espantosa). Las dos habitaciones que ocupamos daban a un patio interior, y una de ellas, además, estaba enfrente de las tuberías e instalaciones de climatización del hotel (podíamos tocarlas). Es la peor vista que he tenido nunca en un hotel (y eso que pedí en la reserva que intentaran situarnos con vistas si era posible...). Las habitaciones están mal de enchufes.

La ubicación es estupenda para visitar Bilbao. El acceso es muy sencillo. Lo único es el aparcamiento pero si vas en fin de semana la hora no funciona con lo que encuentras sitio a primera hora de la mañana sin problemas. La habitación triple era muy grande y la cama supletoria muy cómoda. Tienen detalles en el baño que es de agradecer.Muy recomendable. La calidad precio es muy buena.

No tengo que hacer ningún comentario negativo puesto que nos gusto todo mucho.

La recepcion, la cafeteria, en general la entrada muy bien, muy limpio y moderno, la atencion de recepcion muy buena.

La moqueta en el suelo de pasillos y habitación, el precio en relacion a la habitacion me parece caro, la limpieza muy bien, el aseo muy bien, pero la persiana, la moqueta y el mobiliario fatal. Si es para pasar una o dos noches bien.
