Location...close to walking to themuseums and bus station and the Poska st. for meals

Absolute distane by your staff at the front desk. Disregard for any requests....like help with tours, bus schedules etc. Any help with meals before 7 am...no help. Lack of phone service...distane by saying the switchboard is down...no other way to make any reservations or inquires as no one at the desk had a clew or interest in our requests. Apart from location, you would not get my business again.

Location is great

Breakfast was a bit expencive.

Close to bus station but not '100 metres' as advertised on booking.com. More like 500 metres.

Room was grubby, with shoddy, aged decor.

Good, comfortable rooms, friendly stuff. Perfect location in city center, Termibus, stadium and Euskalduna are in a foot walk distance.

it's a decent hotel in a good location - the rooms offer sufficient for our needs.

the concierge could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly/approachable, but he was OK.

Great room for 3 people and easy access to the main attractions of the city.

Due to heavy rain water was dripping from a light fitting and soaking the carpet which was quite stained

Nice Hotel in Centre of Town, good to walk around Bilbao, close to Athletico Bilbao stadium. Very close to motorway , we stopped over to catch the morning ferry which is about 15 minutes away. good underground secure parking.

I saw the reviews about the internet, so wasn't surprised to find the internet was poor!, However Bilbao has a free internet in the streets that works great. The bar wasn't open in the evening (Monday) which was surprising. When we arrived to check in the reception staff was on the phone, and no one from the back office came , so waited for a good 5 -8 minutes whilst the call was dealt with

The Hotel Abba Parque is an excellent 3 star Hotel. It is ideally located near all public transport services which include a Metro system, tram, long distance bus and train srevices as well as local town buses. All inexpensive. The trip from the airport to Bilboa city is available by airconditioned buses which leave every 15 minutes. The fare is Euro1.30 ( Taxis are around Euro 25). The hotel Abba Parque is located a 5 minute walk from the bus station or a Euro 6.00 by taxi. The assistance given by the staff in dealing with some health problem that I personally suffered during our stay was a credit to themselves and the hotel which they are employed by. My wife was given all the assistance needed to meet her needs whilst I recovered in Hospital, and on my return the concern shown by the reception staff and maid service to me was indeed uplifting. We will be returning to Bilboa Spain in the near future and will be staying at the Hotel Abba Parque .

Nice location: silent central area 15min far (on foot) from Casco Viejo, the old town famous for both day-life and night-life, 10min far from the Guggheneim Museum, can be considered as a nice compromise for a short stay in Bilbao.

Parking in public areas is almost impossible. We had to opt for a quite expensive private parking, but as far as we experienced it is almost the same all over the city.

Excellent location, close to the airport bus station, the tube, many bars etc. You can reach downtown within the ten minutes walk.

Missing free Wi-Fi in the room. Free limited Wi-Fi acces only in the lobby.

Abba Parque is well situated close to the center of Bilbao and only a few steps away from a most charming park. The hotel offers an underground parking which comes in handy in the middle of a big city.

The free Internet is very, very slow, which is annoying even though it is on purpose since you can buy faster Internet. I hate that strategy.

Rooms (triple and a double)were a great size and very comfortable. Easy to stroll around the city from hotel location.

Poor room service - contracted out. Onsite parking very limited.

Good location, nice clean rooms.

Very small lifts, which meant usually only 2 people could be in them at a time if you had a suitcase with you.

Very good position next to conference centre with good accessibility of city centre and transport (incl. Metro to the sea and intercity bus terminal), very good relation of quality for money.

WiFi offered in the lobby was frequently overloaded and did not respond, comercial WiFi unnecessarily expensive.

Falta de enchufes en la habitación

Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich. An der Rezeption erhielt mal zu keiner Zeit ein freundliches Lächeln. Ferner wurde man Morgens um 7.25 Uhr auf umliegende Cafe´s verwiesen, da das Restaurant erst später auf hat.

Hotel lleno de padres maleducados con niños por educar.

Muy buena ubicación si quieres estar cerca de San Mamés, también está comunicado con el centro por el tranvia. Además esta al lado (medio minuto) de la calle Licenciado Poza, para tomar unos pintxos. Es un hotel con buena relación calidad precio, limpio y el personal es agradable. Hemos estdo dos veces y si volvemos a Bilbao probablemente repetiremos.

Perfecto para escapada, por calidad/precio, ubicación y atención personal

EL DESAYUNO, mejor que dejen de ofrecerlo, u ofrecer sólo café con leche. El buffet es pésimo y echa por tierra toda la imagen que se tenga del Hotel.
