The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great location.
You get what you pay for. It was very inexpensive in a great location. Not fancy but good enough to sleep.
Great staff, Great location, No complaints whatsoever!!!! This place has 2 elevators and they are not small. Great price too.
Close to some major sights.
Bit tired looking.
Very close to the action. Perfect location. Staff helpful and restaraunt reasonably priced.
the air conditioning did not work well so sleeping was tough.
The room was very clean and the staff very kind
The breakfast was expensive compared to the quality. I missed hot wather and a cup at the room for a cup of tea/coffie.
Easy access, size of room, general comfort & location.
Soundproofing from other rooms not strong enough.
The location was good
The hotel is in desparate need of a refurb. The room was dingy, the bathroom poorly equiped, towels were thin, not a lot of space. No way could this be described as 4 star.
Spacious room. Location of the hotel in a walking distance to the down town (about 15 min.). Easy access by car. We were lucky to find a free parking space near by. Welcoming staff, English speaking.
Wi-fi worked with interruptions especially in the evening.
Clean; comfortable rooms
It was away from the main city centre and did not have bus stops close-by. So, except for Plaza de Espana, it is quite a commute to all other sites. Also the reception desk staff wasn't too helpful.
When I asked for another room, because the first one given me was a bit stuffy, the staff were very understanding and gave me a room with wooden floors.
No pool or nowhere at all to sit outside.
price of room too high for a 3 star hotel
old and outdated interior. needs renovation
Very good location, near to the turistic sights, shops and bus/taxi station. Helpful staf, who gives you map and a lot o9f information. Cleaning every day, large room, confortable.
Good location next to the Plaza de Espana and within walking distance of all attractions. Friendly staff, clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds!! This hotel represents great value for money.
Very close to city center, walking every day to best tourist places of Sevilla.
Not easy find parking at peak hours, but it is a lot easier at late hours, after 23:00.
location, cleanliness and availability of car parking. Good value for money given it central location.
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room
We booked an executive suite at Pasarella and were not disappointed. The balcony was fabulous and the room was so spacious we felt like we could live there. The rooms were clean and having wifi was a bonus. The staff was also helpful. To walk to the cathedral and alcazar palace was about 10-15 minutes which for some night not be close enough, but for us it was perfect to explore Sevilla and all it has to offer and burn off some calories from too many tapas and sangria. Absolutely a bang for your buck!
As mentioned above some May find the location far from the main hustle and bustle of Sevilla but we loved being so close to the plaza de España and Maria Luisa park. The wifi at times was slow. Other than that, fantastic room for the price!
Hotel location was great and it was easy to get to the city centre and airport. Very kind and helpful staff.
Hotel entrance is well done, but room furniture and bed sheets were quite old. (Clean although).Walls would need to be refreshed. Breakfast was quite poor. Street noise was acceptable during night time
The cleanliness of the bathroom. Towels changed every day. Wi-Fi with reasonable speed. Polite collaborators at the reception. Fair location, near Plaza de España. Good AC, despite old. Very good value for money.
Old carpet. Quality of sleep was not optimal (noise from adjacent rooms, and from guests arriving during sleep hours). Extra bed was uncomfortable and noisy (squeaked whenever I turned).
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning, despite old, was ok and silent
The location could be better and closer to the center. The all hotel is old fashioned and we could notice the age. The breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel
Helpful staff, good bed, big room, clean room.
AC in maximum didn't worked very well, average location (had to walk 15-20 min to the historic centre), the hotel is very old and the room (particularly the bathroom) urgently needs renovation, since it looks worse than some hostel bathrooms.
After living in Sevilla for 5 months, we had a stopover on our return from travels elsewhere and wanted a well located, reasonably priced place for one night. We felt like we were really lucky to find this place--it is only about 3 blocks from the end of the tram line & next to the Plaza de Espana, so out of the tourist bustle but still close to everything. Staff was super friendly & helpful, and our room was large and extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet--especially considering it was right on Av. Borbolla. The price was amazing, and we felt like we really scored on this one. High recommend.
Receptionist was so kind and very helpful when we needed to go far from the city center.
Wifi is a little slow.
Staff was very eager to help. Very nice hotel with plenty of free parking across the street. Very close to the old town.
The air conditioner was not efficiency
The receptionists were all very helpful. The location was excellent (considering the price). I liked the fact that we were three single women in double rooms only one with breakfast included but the staff told us to have two free breakfasts (it hadn't occured us).
The breakfast was poor value for money. 10 euros was excessive for what was on offer. Fresh orange juice is a must in the South of Spain.
