Large rooms, very quiet, good location.

Very narrow parking, high chance to scrap your car, though personnel helps you to drive into/out of it.

Close to touristic attractions and touristic bus station. Wi-fi working at least on the first floor it was were we stay.

The heating didn't work very well, for our luck it wasn't cold that day.

Very well situated, very good attention from staff, comfortable.

We only stayed overnight in Seville and chose this hotel mainly due to its convenient location between both the Prado de San Sebastian bus station and the Airport bus stop. I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly suprised on arrival - the staff were friendly and helpful and carried our bags up to our room, which was clean, spacious and comfortable and had a great view across to the plaza. Was only a 10 minute walk into the city to see the cathedral etc, and we were quite grateful for the very short 5 minute walk to the bustop to take a 5am bus to the airport next morning.

Bathroom floor was a little old and cracked although sinks/toilets etc were all new and very clean. Staff spoke only limited english but we had no problems and it wasn't an issue. Considering the price there was really not much to complain about as for less than 50 euros it was one of the best we have stayed at in this price range.

The room was very nicely furnished and the Internet was excellent in the room. It was an easy walk to the Cathedral and downtown. Very quiet and we arrived on a Sunday so found free parking along the alley/street at the side of the hotel.....most convenient.

The staff were absolutely miserable.......never a hint of a smile.....never a nice or helpful word. Our niece telephoned and they told her we had checked out and we were waiting in the room for the call. They never apologized or offered any explanation.

We found the hotel very clean and comfortable. There was slight road noise but it stopped completely by 11pm until 7.30am. So we we able to sleep very well. The bed a double, was the most comfortable of all the beds we've slept in on our one year trip of Spain. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the old quarter, but overlooks the beautiful Plaza Espana. The location was great if you want to be near the old quarter, but a little removed from the noise. We would definitely stay again.

The only disappointment was that the hotel had a beautiful sauna, but you had to pay to use it. First time we have struck this. They also have a very nice gym and massage if you are tired and in need of some tlc. The breakfast looked simple, but adequate, but we ate a pleasant walk away in the old quarter.

Good size room, clean, and comfortable. Reasonably priced. Close to the central bus station for onwards travel. €22 taxi ride to the airport.
