Close to the plaza espana. Close to an OpenCor shop.

1) This hotel is positioned next to a very big (and noisy) road, so watch out for lost sleep. 2) The wireless didn't work until after the 1st day. 3) The positioning in Sevilla is very far from the downtown, so for a city-trip it's a big no-no. There are much better hotels available inside the downtown. 4) No real restaurants around so your only option is to take the (expensive) meals inside this hotel. 5) This hotel is said to have cots available, but they do not! So if you are a young family, avoid this one. 6) At the entrance it is said to be rated 4 stars, but based on our experiences I wouldn't hand it any.

It's good value for money. The room was clean. Close to the Plaza de Espagna, bus stop in front of the hotel. Less than 10min walking to the bus stop for Airport. We had a 3-days tourist pass for bus/tram so we could reach very quickly any point in Seville (public transport is very good). There is a small supermarket at the corner of the street (less than 5min walking) open till 2 a.m.

This hotel is considered a 4 star hotel, but it is definitely not. The services might be 4 stars, but the look is of 3 (or even 2) star hotel. Everything is old, excepting the bed and the LCD tv. The rest of the room looks 20 years old. The breakfast is very expensive, you can eat much better in a tapas bar with half of the money. The hotel staff speaks poor english, but they understand you. Not all staff people are (or look) friendly, some look angry all the time, but we did not have problems.

The room was very nicely furnished and the Internet was excellent in the room. It was an easy walk to the Cathedral and downtown. Very quiet and we arrived on a Sunday so found free parking along the alley/street at the side of the hotel.....most convenient.

The staff were absolutely miserable.......never a hint of a smile.....never a nice or helpful word. Our niece telephoned and they told her we had checked out and we were waiting in the room for the call. They never apologized or offered any explanation.

It is a central placed hotel, near to the center. Staff was very friendly at the beginning. Breakfast is good and ok. Bathroom very nice, a lot of space and clean. I liked the fact that they have a computer and a scanner in the lobby and you can use it.

When you have an issue and you want to talk to someone from the hotel they get very offensive and agresive by voice. All in all, they are nice until you have something to report, moment that they get ennoyed. I didn't find the room very clean, I mean that in the closed there was dust, and the air conditionner filtrer was very dirty. They use some kind of spray to refresh the air and it smells horrible, but you can leave for 10 minutes the window opened and it will go.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and very central. I would not class in as 4 star though. It's a faded glory kind of place.

Only complaint would be the shower. The head would not sit in the right direction and I ended up holding it in my hand

The hotel staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Breakfast was a little disappointing considering the price.

La ubicación y el buen trato del personal del hotel

Estuve muy agusto. Me encontré como en mi casa. Pondría el desayuno dentro del precio de la habitación. Sería bueno A.D. El desayuno me ha parecido muy caro. Todo lo demás lo volvería a repetir si vuelvo por Sevilla.

El personal correctamente atento. Su ubicación es buena, pues está en un lugar bastante centrico. Limpieza de la habitación muy buena

La habitación en su mobiliario es algo anticuado. El armario apenas se podia abrir porque una cama estaba totalmente pegado a el. El aire acondicionado hace ruido.
