Score from 373 reviews Good
very friendly staff, clean, nicely located
wifi connection is ok for leisure. probably not for business travelers.
great location, in the middle of Old Sevilla, close to several restaurants and tapazerias
the building is on a small street very charming. The people for the reception is very interest in your confort.
Nice location not far from the cafes all the area of Seville that we needed to be in
Would of preferred a room at the back of the hotel something a bit more quiet than the front
- perfect location near the Alcazar and the cathedral, and quiet neighbourhood - helpful staff
- very noisy room (we could hear any small noise on the patio)
Comfortable, very good location
Wifi is unstable
There was nothing that I didn't like.
We upgraded to a suite and had an amazing sunset view. The staff are also excellent.
The bed was fine but could have been more comfortable
Perfect Location Charming and Fantastic Design Very helpful staff Very clean rooms
Almost no Wi-Fi Almost no English
I think location is unbeatable. Near everything, the restaurants, attractions... We walked everywhere. A but confusing to reach. If you have access to google maps on your phone while abroad I would say that's definitely the easiest way to find it with the walking directions. At the front desk that was only one Sir that spoke good English which was not a proem for us, we don't expect English in a Non English speaking country, and they all of them were able to help is even with no or limited English. They provided us with a pack and play for our baby. The hotel is very cute. It is an ancient house, and we love to stay at hotels with caractor. Room is very simple, but bathroom is functionable, fair size and very clean. Ours had a tub. We had a misunderstanding of dates booked, but problem was solved with professionalism and in quick manner even after we left.
The room could be a bit more comfortable. It's small and we got two beds instead of the double bad we had ask for. The A.C remote does not stay at the room. You can request it to adjust it, but have to return it right back. The wifi did not work most of the time in our room. You have to either pay in advance or every night. You can live with all of this small issues though. Nothing major.
Location, location location! Close to all tourist sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bath were very clean. The bath room had ample space with a nice shower and plenty of hot water. Really good value.
The local public parking garage was full and had to park my rental car on the street several blocks away. The sleeping area was a bit tight. The AC took a while to cool the room down.
Extremely difficult to find. Hotel did not reply to my inquiring about how to get to the location. We were directed by a nice passer-by. Can't recommend to traveller by car. Hotel unable to give us a proper map to get around on foot in the labyrinth of the S Cruz area - tourist office did.
Location - between the main road and the cathedral area is a good base to walk to all attractions. Price is decent for the location. Staff are friendly but generally don't speak English. I muddled through in French!
Double bed wasn't available - got twin instead. You can't reserve the type of bed in advance - just depends on what is available when you arrive. Wifi only works near reception and tends to drop out often. Don't expect luxuries!
Lovely hotel with a small yard surrounded by flowers. Nice staffs and good location.
Everything is good except the room is a bit small.
A nice place with good location, in the middle of the beautiful old town.
Wi-fi didn't work really well.
Liked the location the architecture.
A bit noisy but no problem
Great location in an authentic, little, Spanish hotel with a charming patio.
Rooms were tiny and wifi was spotty, but this should be expected in a one star hotel in old Seville!
The location is perfect...so near many things, but tucked back in a quiet courtyard. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and most helpful.
It's a one-star hotel, so doesn't have some amenities that are nice to have. However, what it does have makes it worth the stay.
Location was the great. Everything was really clean and staff was helpful.
Top location in the centre of the old city, walking distance to all you can and want to see in one night. The place has a certain charme about it that is rare to find in that category.
Parking is a bit of an issue, however we were lucky to find a spot in the plaza through the narrow walkway.
The character of the hotel ,the location i liked everything
Maybe tea and coffee in room or to be able to get some in the hotel
Very cosy patio with a lot of plants that make you feel like in a garden. Clean, comfortable rooms. I felt very "spanish" there:)
The walls are very thin (maybe like in the most hotels), there are rooms without window on the ground floor.
The en-suite rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday. The central inner courtyard was a beautiful feature. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.
Situated on the front of the hotel we faced onto a lovely square, however people tended to congregate their in the early hours therefore it could be noisy.
Worn tired interior of room
