The hotel is in the heart of Seville, but at the same time enjoys the silence of an almost traffic-free road.

Silken Al-Andalus Palace is just a 10-minute drive from Seville's historic center. It features a gym, beauty salon and a seasonal outdoor pool, as well as terraces, gardens and open spaces to relax...

The character of the hotel ,the location i liked everything
Maybe tea and coffee in room or to be able to get some in the hotel
The en-suite rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday. The central inner courtyard was a beautiful feature. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.
Situated on the front of the hotel we faced onto a lovely square, however people tended to congregate their in the early hours therefore it could be noisy.
Worn tired interior of room
no place to find sleep when needed, noise house-keepers
Located near most of the historic sites, it's easy walking distance to the cathedral and alcazar. Lots of bars nearby. The courtyard style is attractive, but the rooms are quite small, and the washroom small too.
The hotel patios were very charming. The room was simple but clean and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was always helpful when we asked questions and locked up our luggage in an extra room after checkout until we left for the train station.
Wi-Fi was not available inside our room, we had to use common areas, such as the patios. This hotel was hard to find, when we arrived in Sevilla. a more detailed map of hotel location online would be helpful.
- situation in the old center - friendly
Difficult to find. Taxi drivers use this to drive round more than necessary
Didn't think the rooms were cleaned regularly
It has a great location for visiting the Alcazar and cathedral and the old city and a nice courtyard.
The parking nearby was difficult and the room was a little cramped
the position of the hotel is perfect into the heart of barrio Santa Cruz and the seville style of the location....thanks
all the staff and facilities outstanding in a great position. everyone very helpful first class
If you are coming by car, there is no possibility to come in front of the hotel. You have to let the car in a nearby place( no charges) or to chose for a parking(fees to pay).
The location was great; the staff were very accommodating in terms of storing our luggage. We only spent one night there, and would not hesitate to recommend it; it was lovely!
The location was perfect! We walked to everything!
The wifi was not working most of the time but I wouldn't rate the hotel any lower because of that.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The house has a beautiful patio.
Rooms can be a little small.
location, staff, clean, beautiful patio and atmosphere, no frills, but perfect due to location and price
Position,quaint, very Spanish,
Noisy air conditioner.
We were in Seville for three nights, and this place was absolutely perfect! It is a no frills spot, but a fine place to sleep at night and relax on the beautiful patio in the morning! It was close to everything, 5 minute walk to the cathedral and Real Alcazar. Perfect spot!
Wifi a bit spotty, beds not the comfiest.
The location The traditional Spanish feel
It is very noisy - we were kept awake by loud guests and even louder staff
Drains smell in one of the rooms but not unusual in other accommodation we've had too!
Location. This hotel is located inside the Barrio Santa Cruz, which is itself one of the reasons to visit Seville. Some lucky rooms face it's namesake Patio and you can really feel the small neighborhood life.
Air conditioned was too strong, meaning we had to turn it off at night. Patio can be noisy some nights. Wi-Fi was weak.
located in the heart of barrio Santa Cruz
The only good thing is the location. Excellent location!
The rooms are humid, and with ants...Do not keep any food inside You can't sleep without a/c on, because the windows are extremely small, and almost non existing...
Small uncomfortable room with very basic facilities. Thin walls so snoring from next room kept us awake through the night. Mean, non-trusting staff who demanded payment for one night on arrival and then payment again when we arrived back from pleasant night on the town.
