+ The staff was realy friendly en very helpfull!! + The location was ideal for us, you can walk in 15minutes to the heart of Seville and the area of the hotel itself was very lively. + Hotel was clean and nice to stay in
- The head end of the bed was peeling off abit.
Hotel conditions, location, facilities.
No Wi-Fi inside our room.
Location by Alameda and within 15-20 min walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar and all other major areas. Overall, clean hotel and friendly staff. Many cafés and good restaurants just out of the door
The mattress and pillows were too hard for me and my wife. Wifi is free but the signal in the room is is so weak that we had to sit in the lobby for internet access. Lots of ants in the room but it was summer and there was ants everywhere in Spain.
The location is great, from the hotel it's an easy walk to the shopping area and all the cathedrals, tapas restaurants, bars etc.
The parking garage, don't get me wrong it's great to have parking under the hotel, but it's kind a difficult to get out when the parking lot is full. So make sure you park you car backwards otherwise you have to drive out of the garage backwards :-)
We liked the character of the hotel and it was comfortable.
The bar in the restaurant had poor choice of drinks and there was a poor use of public spaces. The staff in bar/restaurant were a bit disorganised leading to incorrect charges.
+The hotel looks nice, has a beautiful patio. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
I asked for a room with windows facing the street (and not the patio), but my request was completely ignored. The staff tried to convince me that in this hotel people only sleep and don't care about this kind of details. I was offered two rooms: one on the ground floor, and another one on the 1st floor, next to the lift. Both rooms were very dark with a poor ligthing even in the bathroom. I can recommend it for people who enjoy sitting in a burrow.
Clean, very helpful front desk staff,a nice restaurant at the top level where you can eat a breakfast, good for the price
The internet connection is very poor in the room
Great location, the pedestrian square in front of the hotel was delightful. Full of local families , the tapas in the local Cafés was out standing . The hotel was charming and the inner courtyards was something I had not seen before .good lighting in the bathroom and a great shower, comfortable bed . All we wanted from a city hotel. Reception very helpful and friendly.
A good 15 minutes walk to the center.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean, modern and had a comfortable bed. Upon realizing that I underbooked a night, the staff easily booked me an additional night in my own room. They printed off my boarding pass and arranged for a taxi pick-up.
At the beginning the wifi could only be accessed in the lobby; however, a day later service was much better and I was able to access it in my room.
I liked the Sevillian touch to this hotel. Location is good if you want to experience the local flavour of the city. Staff speaks English very well which is very helpful in Spain.
there's no proper insulation to block out noise.
Rooms were comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Staff were extremely helpful Great location Great value for money Breakfast on the roof terrace - great views
Nothing to dislike
This hotel is in an amazing location and couldn't be faulted on cleanliness and value for money. The decor of the hotel is excellent. The staff were more than willing to help with any queries.
The beds/pillows were hard so was quite uncomfortable when sleeping.
Good location within easy walking distance of main places of interest. Parking on site once you find the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants close to the hotel.
Difficult to find when driving. If you are using a Sat nav, when you are within 200 metres of the hotel keep following the directions down a no entry street. We have stayed 3 times and still have difficulty finding the hotel.
The staff, very helpful, very kind and very informative. The design of the exterior part of the hotel.
The location is a 20 min walk from the downtown, the wireless was weak, you need to have the door card in the card key to keep the lights, electricity open.
The layout and decore of the hotel.
There no restaurants nearby.
A beautiful "boutique" style hotel which has been fitted out to a really good standard. Friendly and helpful staff in a lovely setting. The new roof top bar/cafe was a great addition.
The hotel was in a good location, not too far to walk into the main areas of Seville but far enough away so that there was no noice. Even though there were some really nice little bars very close to the hotel it wasn't noisy in the evenings or at night at all. The breakfast was really lovely with a good selection and great service from the staff. The breakfast terrace was a lovely way to start the day. The reception staff were very helpful on two separate occassions. Once they recommended a fabulous traditional place to eat and another time a member of the staff went out of his way to help us get a taxi to the Feria... even through it was extreamly busy, he didn't give up and just leave us to it, he kept calling until he secured one for us.
The location is spot on! Beautiful house. We will come again.
booked double bed and got 2 singles. Beds not nice. This was the second time we stayed here and the bed was perfect the first time.....
The reception Gustavo is very patient, polite & helpful.
They charged me in canadian dollar for the 1st night so the exchange rate is high. Although they did the credit for me and I still lost for the difference. The double sofa bed made a lot of quaking noise and the mattress was uncomfortable
The Hotel was extremely well located however it's central location also made for quite a bit of noise at night. Though we found this didn't really bother us. The hotel staff, particularly at reception were exceptional and they has a very high level of customer service.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very good location. Their suggestions of where to eat turned out to be very good.
The location is perfect. Located at the Alameda Square with lots of opportunities for dinner, lunch and breakfast. We visited the city by foot, all the high lights of the city are on walking distance.
The beds were very solid, in our opinion too solid.
Receptionists, especially the one at early evening were excellent
3rd visit to this lovely hotel. The location is great .a feeling of coming home from the touristy bustle to a lively bohemian part of town .Great food to be found at untouristy prices in the streets around .The hotel itself a haven of peace and tranquility .
They should abandon breakfast .Used to be in an underground room but this year we were seduced by the new roof terrace location which is lovely BUT the actual breakfast abominable and very expensive .Awful coffee and stale patisserie .Go to the wonderful cafe just outside hotel for fresh and cheap breakfasts served with buckets of charm .
Clean, quiet, cool even without aircon on and not too expensive
it wasn't luxurious but wasn't really expecting that for the price
