The location was prime & perfect for tapas hopping! The staff was extremely helpful with any questions/concerns we had! The indoor courtyard was truly breathtaking (the pictures I looked at beforehand does not do it justice)! The mini-bar (fridge) in the room has something for everyone! All around our group, which consisted of my husbands Aunt & Uncle (50+), my mother in-law (50+) & my husband and I (30 & 31) were very pleased! It is hard to not say enough positive things about our stay here!
I honestly did not 'dislike' anything about our stay here. After traveling all day, I passed out once I hit the bed however for a light sleeper, the indoor courtyard could prove to be a little troublesome as it does echo & the slightest of sounds could wake you up, again only if you are the lightest of sleepers!
Staff were extremely helpful and did it with a smile.
Second bed was a futon.
Very good hotel accommodation of a high standard. Great breakfast and superlative views. Good location for exploring Seville
Location very tricky even with Satnav because parking address and hotel address are different. You need to contact the hotel beforehand to clarify this and avoid going round literally in circles
Great ambient, beautiful interior.
Room was a bit noisy, and with a patio "view", which wasn't too comforting. Furthermore breakfasts were quite mediocre (though in a beautiful cafeteria).
The location at Alameda des Hercules is excellent. The rooftop bar is great. Good breakfast buffet available.
Rooms either do not have a window at all or the windows are facing the patio. Many rooms are located on ground floor. It was very noisy during the night (other guests sitting in front of their rooms chatting etc.) Access by car is very difficult.
Antonio was a great help.
It was a comfortable place to rest, but somewhat lacking in warmth and personality. The neighborhood was interesting and pleasant, on the edge of a park, with lots of children and well-behaved dogs. Good place to have breakfast or supper. The hotel's dining room was a bit antiseptic, with a nice view. Sevilla has changed a lot in the last fifty years.
We came to Sevilla from Lisboa, a much more welcoming city.
The room was clean and well equipped. There was a lovely courtyard which added to the ambiance. About a 20 minute walk to cathedral but was in a lovely area with restaurants and bars. The room was still very quiet.
location, cleanliness, building is pretty and the rooms are big
very noisy due to internal courtyard causing echos of the cleaners talking, cleaning trolly wheels were loud, even people walking around was really loud. The wifi access in the rooms was turned off after 5pm so we were forced to go to the foyer to use the wifi out there.
The rooms were very modern and comfortable. All rooms open up to an inner court yard. Even though you are in a real busy section of the city with cafes and bars you could hear no noise.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it is really excellent
+ The staff was realy friendly en very helpfull!! + The location was ideal for us, you can walk in 15minutes to the heart of Seville and the area of the hotel itself was very lively. + Hotel was clean and nice to stay in
- The head end of the bed was peeling off abit.
Hotel conditions, location, facilities.
No Wi-Fi inside our room.
Location by Alameda and within 15-20 min walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar and all other major areas. Overall, clean hotel and friendly staff. Many cafés and good restaurants just out of the door
The mattress and pillows were too hard for me and my wife. Wifi is free but the signal in the room is is so weak that we had to sit in the lobby for internet access. Lots of ants in the room but it was summer and there was ants everywhere in Spain.
The location is great, from the hotel it's an easy walk to the shopping area and all the cathedrals, tapas restaurants, bars etc.
The parking garage, don't get me wrong it's great to have parking under the hotel, but it's kind a difficult to get out when the parking lot is full. So make sure you park you car backwards otherwise you have to drive out of the garage backwards :-)
We liked the character of the hotel and it was comfortable.
The bar in the restaurant had poor choice of drinks and there was a poor use of public spaces. The staff in bar/restaurant were a bit disorganised leading to incorrect charges.
+The hotel looks nice, has a beautiful patio. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
I asked for a room with windows facing the street (and not the patio), but my request was completely ignored. The staff tried to convince me that in this hotel people only sleep and don't care about this kind of details. I was offered two rooms: one on the ground floor, and another one on the 1st floor, next to the lift. Both rooms were very dark with a poor ligthing even in the bathroom. I can recommend it for people who enjoy sitting in a burrow.
Clean, very helpful front desk staff,a nice restaurant at the top level where you can eat a breakfast, good for the price
The internet connection is very poor in the room
Great location, the pedestrian square in front of the hotel was delightful. Full of local families , the tapas in the local Cafés was out standing . The hotel was charming and the inner courtyards was something I had not seen before .good lighting in the bathroom and a great shower, comfortable bed . All we wanted from a city hotel. Reception very helpful and friendly.
A good 15 minutes walk to the center.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean, modern and had a comfortable bed. Upon realizing that I underbooked a night, the staff easily booked me an additional night in my own room. They printed off my boarding pass and arranged for a taxi pick-up.
At the beginning the wifi could only be accessed in the lobby; however, a day later service was much better and I was able to access it in my room.
I liked the Sevillian touch to this hotel. Location is good if you want to experience the local flavour of the city. Staff speaks English very well which is very helpful in Spain.
there's no proper insulation to block out noise.
Rooms were comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Staff were extremely helpful Great location Great value for money Breakfast on the roof terrace - great views
Nothing to dislike
This hotel is in an amazing location and couldn't be faulted on cleanliness and value for money. The decor of the hotel is excellent. The staff were more than willing to help with any queries.
The beds/pillows were hard so was quite uncomfortable when sleeping.
Good location within easy walking distance of main places of interest. Parking on site once you find the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants close to the hotel.
Difficult to find when driving. If you are using a Sat nav, when you are within 200 metres of the hotel keep following the directions down a no entry street. We have stayed 3 times and still have difficulty finding the hotel.
The staff, very helpful, very kind and very informative. The design of the exterior part of the hotel.
The location is a 20 min walk from the downtown, the wireless was weak, you need to have the door card in the card key to keep the lights, electricity open.
The layout and decore of the hotel.
