Très bien situé. Bon rapport qualité prix. Eau chaude dans la douche. Bien pour le prix qu'on paie mais ça ne vaut pas plus. Propreté correcte mais c'est un vieil endroit et on le voit.

Centralissimo, a due passi dalla metro Casco Viejo Da ristrutturare, soprattutto I bagni dove anche qualche animaletto non manca. 4º Piano senza ascensore. Niente bagnoschiuma o sapone a disposizione. Nel fine settimana si sentono diversi rumori notturni dalla strada però questo a noi non ha molestato. Troppo caro per quel che offre

it's pity that the host can't speak English, and we can't speak Spanish either, so it's a bit hard to communicate. and the direction instruction is wrong, we spent around one hour to reach this place.

Lo mejor de la pensión es la ubicación, porque está en pleno Casco Viejo de Bilbao, al lado de la Plaza Nueva. Tiene además, al lado la estación de metro, y, paseando tranquilamente, el Guggenheim a unos 30 mintuos. La persona encargada resulta muy amable, y el ambiente es familiar y acogedor. La parte negativa se deriva directamente de la gran ventaja, y es que, al estar en pleno corazón del Casco Viejo, la habitación, en fin de semana, resulta muy ruidosa, por la gente que sale de marcha y que dura hasta las 5 de la mañana aproximadamente; es la contrapartida a la buena ubicación que tiene. La solución puede ser añadirse a la fiesta y regresar de madrugada. Por otro lado, la pensión está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, por lo que puede resultar incómodo, sobre todo si se llevan equipajes pesados. Los baños, que son compartidos, no ofrecen problema porque hay dos, y nunca hay que esperar; sin embargo no les vendría mal un poco de reforma. A pesar de todo esto, la pensión resulta aconsejable dada la buena ubicación y el precio que supone.

Great location and beautiful building. Very cheap. Impossible to find with map provided and nobody knew street. Place reeked of cigarette smoke both nights we were there and came thru vents into bathroom and our bedroom. Owners speak no English so communication hard. In spite of ad, doesnt take credit cards.

Location is great and builiding is really cool, some kind of vintage fashion Its a 4th without lift, and being the location a positive thing, its also a bad one, as the noise at night during weekend is too much, so quite difficult to be able to sleep. The guy didnt give me the key for the flat until I get payed. Also the girl that same day I arrived (I stayed for 2 days) knocked at my door around 23 to ask for the money, begging if I have something at least to give it to her, so I had to go in the following morning early for the bucks. The room smell quite strange, like old.

Buena limpieza de la habitación y muy económico. La dueña siempre pendiente de tus movimientos cada vez que abrías la puerta, aunque fuese para ir al baño compartido. Que te pusieran hora de llega un sábado (la 1:00 am) por no darte llave del portal para un día... Y al estar en una calle de bares de fiesta, mucho follón de borrachos hasta alta hora de la madrugada.
