Good location: near the main city area like Plaza Espana
Staff was TERRIBLE. He was rude and purposely unhelpful. We were traveling with one other person and the staff member wouldn't let our friend in to just sit down and use wifi for 5 mins!!! Don't stay here for more than a night and don't expect any hospitality.
The location is perfect. The room was very quiet and dark, so perfectfor good sleep. It is the cheapest place in Seville.
You have to know how to handle this kind of staff and take it with a pinch of salt.
Five min walk from the main cathedral. Lovely staff working there and an extremely comfortable bed!!!
We stay four nights, the Pénsion was empty and they gimme the worsth room in ground floor, the electric instalation was bad, and they NOT accept the with credit card, only in money.
could have been cleaner , lots of loose hair lying about the tiled floor
The staff is really helpful especially my Spanish is really bad. The location is few minutes walk away from the centre.
Based on experience, you have to ask for towels before you they will give it to you. The comfort room is not well-maintained in terms of cleanliness. There are some grim and unacceptable mark on the toilet. The shower fitting is in poor condition.
Really close to the center
Not so sound proof, if people talked on the corridor you could hear them. The bathroom could be a little cleaner.
Good location in the city centre.
The personal watched TV very loudly until late in the night and didn't speak English. They didn't allow bank card for paying. The room was small and not very nice. We had much better hostels during our trip in Andalusia for this price.
Loved the location.
Well value was a bit too much for the facilities.
We choose a room, at least 20 meters, it was stated when booking - 28 sq. m., actually - the room was only 11 meters, very small and dark, with only a faded lamp.Personal does not speak English. A little bit English speaking man was not present at our check-out, refused to accept the card, only cash.
everything is ok for the price we paid..
however we paid 2 times.. by cash and they still deduct my bank account..
Great location. It was possible to leave our luggage at the reception till the evening on the day of our check-out.
The rooms look like bathrooms as they have tiles everywhere. There is only little window just under the ceiling and it ends in the corridor. I also didn't like the lamp in the room as the light was strange from it. Receptionist couldn't speak English.
- kind staff - central location - clean
- bad English spoken
