Offering modern apartments with free Wi-Fi, Life Apartments Alberto Lista is located in Seville's old town, just 10 minutes’ walk from the cathedral.

Doña Manuela Casa Modesto is located between the Santa Cruz neighborhood and Seville’s old Jewish quarter, next to the Murillo Gardens.
Score from 698 reviews Very good
Situated in the centre of Sevilla, this colourful hostel features free Wi-Fi, a shared lounge with TV and sun terrace with city views.
Score from 558 reviews Wonderful
Since the location is just in Santa Cruz, so surrounding is quiet and peaceful, while it's only dozens of meters away from city center.
Difficult to communicate with staff using English.
The hotel felt very cozy and warm..almost like a home stay. The manager could not speak English but was still very helpful and cheerful. The rooms were very clean. The patio and terrace add a nice touch. The location is very good.
The bathroom is extremely small and there is absolutely no place to keep your soap or shampoo!
+ Very nice personal (Couple who lives at the house), they do their best for a good stay + Very good location to reach everything in Sevilla by foot + Good price/performance ratio
- Some noise in the morning if your room is on the main floor
Ideal location and great value for money. This hotel is kept spotless and the staff are very friendly
Good location, value for money. Very nice and helpful staff. Wifi worked well. Comfortable bed.
Room was very clean and comfortable, but tiny. Ditto the shower. Fortunately I am not big so could manage.
Location and staff were both great. Reasonably priced
Uncomfortable bed, extremely noisy
Newly restored in classic Sevilla deco; very clean with access to a ground floor patio and a terrace with views of tiled rooftops and church towers? Wifi is excellent. Location is central to old town and areas of interest. Walking distance from train station. Staff/owners are friendly and helpful; good home feeling.
Dona Trinidad is an ideal location, close to the old town and most of the important tourist sites but tucked away down a relatively quiet side room. The room was clean and the roof top terrace and free coffee and buns were a real bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There a few niggles. The shower head could not be attached to the wall so had to be used by hand, the towels were very thin and TV reception was not great. This did not spoil our holiday, however and I would recommend this hotel to any visitors to Seville who are on a budget.
Good value in central location. Nice roof terrace. People complain about rooms with separate (private) bathrooms, but we didn't find this a problem.
Hard to find, though owner of nearby cafe was happy to give directions. Suggest people look for the street "Archeros" from Calle Santa Maria la Blanca, where its obvious.
Wonderful location, beautiful building and great place. What else can you ask for? A beautiful terrace :-)
The cleanliness of the common area of the pension and room. The beautiful original tile on the walls and plants. The terrace upstairs created a place to sit and relax.
The room was quite small but if you are not in the room a lot this is OK. A downside was always having to hand in the room key ever time you left the pension and buzzing to be let in to get your key to your room.
Friendly service Nice atmosphere Idyllic area
Only ventilation window was to an inner courtyard, where every whisper echoed
Everything. Staff made us feel like family ( gracias Jose Luis) , steps away from food, drinks, bakeries, shops. Short walking distance to the Cathedral, Guadalquivir river, parks, the Alcazar. Place is tastefully decorated, everything worked, a/c, tv, wi-fi. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.
No elevator (lift) There are two rooms on the ground floor and you may request them.
The new facilities are just perfect. So the quality/price is excellent
The hostal is centrally located in Seville's old city, nice restaurants nearby. The proprietor was on site and quite friendly; provided an extra chair on request. Rooftop solarium for sitting outside.
No lift - we had to carry our cases up two flights. The bed linen and towels were rather worn and thin, although towels were replaced daily; no blanket, only bedspread. The room was very small with only one chair to put a suitcase on.
Quiet, comfy bed, very clean, friendly staff though limited English. Good position once you learnt how to get everywhere.
Limited comunication with no English and my little spanish.
A friendly, comfortable and charming "pension", conveniently situated for the centre of Sevilla. Cheap (but good!) breakfast bars on nearby C/ Menendez Pelayo (e.g. Casa Carlos at No. 7).
Was difficult to find on our first visit - very easy to find on our 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
The place was a nice building with a beautiful patio and a roof where you can drink a cup of coffee and enjoy the atmosphere, the host was very friendly and make you feel at home, my room size was good, it had a private-separate clean bathroom which was no problem, Pension is well located footsteps from the Cathedral and Alcazar, it was a great value of money.
staff, really friendly and helpful air condictioning located in downtown 有冷氣可以開到爽 共用的廁所也乾淨 晚上主人也很願意幫你開門 提供毛巾 衣架 室內可以掛衣
recommand to take a veichle to there, not by walk ^^" 用走的有點遠大概要20分鐘左右 建議搭公車過去
clean staff reasonable on the whole
air conditioning in the face, can adjust the flow but not so much that the aircon is not blowing on you at night. I'm not too sensitive to this but my partner was. Noisy with flamenco lessons a couple of doors down, can't sleep in afternoon for siesta.
The People who run the Hotel are the nicest, friendliest people you could meet, the Pension is bang in the middle of where you want to be, everything worth seeing is within walking distance and the place is spotless.
nothing negative to say, it can be a bit noisy but that's the price you pay for being in the heart of the old town of Seville
I liked the situation which was very central. It was also very moorish with a central courtyard and beautiful tiled decor. Rooms were very clean. The roof terrace was fabulous.
My bathroom was down the corridor, a slight inconvenience. Also the arrival of some very noisy people at 3 am disturbed my sleep.
Fantastic location, good wifi helpful staff and a fab roof terrace .
Clean, friendly personell, location outside terrace (on roof)
