“ The room was really clean and nicely prepared. The location was excellent, only 5min. Of walking distance from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The staff was very helpful, even though their English was rather basic. ”

Perfect area in middle of attractions Parking was horrible. Took 1.5 hours to find parking 15min of walking distance and expensive.

Friendly staff. Help with luggage up and down the stairs. Very secure location with locked doors and staff always available. It would be impossible for anyone to enter without permission. Location, Location, Location. Right across from a reasonably priced restaurant which serves fish, chicken, and tomato salad with outdoor seating and table service for drinks (i.e. Sangria, etc.). Just up a block away from another reasonable restaurant that is great for both Spanish & American style breakfasts. Along the way is a lovely bakery. Close to San Sebastian Bus Station, city bus lines, Seville Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza de Espana, multiple gardens, the university. All is within walking distance. I would be happy to stay there again. Limited English speakers. No English speaking TV stations. Walk up 3 flights of narrow stairs.

Even though the pension is situated on a busy street, it was rather quiet at night..check out Bar Mezquita under the pension..tapa's are delish They could make more use of the roof, places a few charis and tables would turn it into a lovely spot for breakfast

Rien I booked 4 nights in booking. Because of the delay of my flight, I have to stay one more night. So I booked the additional night directly from the hotel owner. He charge me 45 euros. After paying, I found in Booking, the additional day is in special price of 38 euros. The hotel owner pretend not speak English nor French, and he is very rude and give no reason of his more charge action. Noisy

The location, the size and the cleanness of the room. The politeness of the male staff There was a woman working there who had an arrogant behaviour. Also it was a bit inconvenient not to have a key for the main door and to ring a bell so that the staff open you the door instead. However, due to the location of the place, I believe it worked that way for the safety of the guests.

Nothing!!!! Try finding this hole in the wall. Tiniest room I,ve ever been in. You need to be < 1meter to fit in a micro bathroom 1.5x1.5 M. Manager totally useless. Couldn't provide decent city map or places to visit. Totally overpriced. The one amenity provided was a small bar of soap..you may be able to wash your face with it,period. Tv so small binoculars are recommended. Be carefully with the towels as 60 grit sandpaper is smoother.

Superb location within easy walk to most attractions. Loads of great food choices at the doorstep and within 2 blocks. Friendly proprietors and very clean facilities Windowless room, unless you count the transom onto hall. A bit noisy when opened, a bit stuffy when closed. Functional and affordable, but not a room to relax in, just a place to sleep. One can't be too choosy during Semana Santa. And who wants to indoors anyway?

Brilliant location. Great restaurants on the street itself, short walk away from charming Barrio Santa Cruz and it's winding streets, La Giralda and the Real Alcazar (main attractions). Seville itself is a great city and I would recommend anyone wanting to explore Spain to stop by. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was basic but that's what I paid for, so no complaints.

Excellent security. Very friendly. Very small shower and spray bit had to be held otherwise it faced the wall although on the plus side the water was plentiful and hot.

Very centrally located, down the street from the Alcazar, on a lively upbeat plaza with cafes, restaurants, & bars. Room & attached bathroom was very clean. Lovely terrace overlooking plaza below. Owners were very friendly & helpful. Great stay. If we return, we'll book here.

Helpful staff. Newly refurbished bathroom and toilet. Clean and comfortable. Well located for tourism, airport bus. It's outside sign! - it took us half and hour of searching to find it! Also, I didn't like that reservations cannot be cancelled without losing one's money.

The room was really clean and nicely prepared. The location was excellent, only 5min. Of walking distance from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The staff was very helpful, even though their English was rather basic. We experienced no problems in communication. The landlady won't give you key, when going out and you need to ring the bell every time, but in the end it is a good thing, as you know that your room is really safe. Just very nice place to stay

Great location! You had to ring a bell every time you wanted to enter or leave the pension as you were never allowed to keep the keys to the room or building. The people who ran the place would not allow us to have visitors in the room.

Great location, room had ac and a real double bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. No window in the room, and that they lock the only door to hostel and you have to get a staff member to unlock it so you can leave, this is extremely un-fire-safe and rather scary thought as you are captive without them.

Excellent location very close to main attractions such as Cathedral, Reales Alcazares, and the river promenade. Also, on the border of Santa Cruz district with a lot of eateries around. Very good Wi-Fi connection; small but clean and comfortable room. I wouldn't say that we didn't like it, but you should be aware about three flights of quite steepy stairs heading to your room, and no elevator. On the other hand, in almost all old cities you have to expect stairs instead of elevator :).

It did exactly what it said on the tin. Chose it because near to city sights and to airport bus; inexpensive. Plenty of bars very nearby for a good breakfast. Room small, so cramped for space, but fine for one or two nights.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Clean. Our room was above a cafe/bar so noise took a while to get used to. But for the price I can't really complain. We got used to it.

Location was perfect, 5 min away form the Cathedral. Price was fair. Personnel could be more welcoming; nothing to really complain about, but a smile makes all the difference.
