Location Location Location Convenience
Bad lighting No elevator
From the roof terrace you see the Alhambra and the cathedral. We felt very welcome. It's a small hotel and the people working there were very hospitable, taking their time to explain things. Garage was a few blocks away. Great shower, but shared bathroom. Certainly value for money though. Recommendable.
If you're longer than 1.80 the bed isn't long enough.
the breakfast-nice touch staff were friendly proximity to everything help given with directions staff spoke English! staff very helpful loved being there I would definitely go there again
location, breakfast, price, towells
Bed was really uncomftable, room was really small (but if you don't want to spend a lot of time in the room it is ok)
location and the best staff
a little noisy
Located in the very center of Granada and very cheap. They also serve a perfect breakfast!
The bathroom on the 1st floor does not have a sink and it's a bit challenging to brush your teeth using a shower)
great location right in the city centre, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money, clean
internet was slow, breakfast could be better
- Nice breakfast -Clean rooms -Great Staff -Location close to city center -Free tea and coffee 24/7
- Try to get a room on first floor if you have heavy luggage because there are no elevators :( - Room little bit tiny but its clean and I recommend it
Perfect location, helpful staff, 24 hour reception and check out until 12 a.m. and a good wifi signal. We stayed only 1 night, and did not go to breakfast, for short stay it is good.
Quite old equipment in rooms and a little untidy, however we stayed only one night, so it was enough. We missed at least one shelf or some coat-reck as there was only 1 small night stand in the room. For longer stay some place to hang or put your clothes would be nice.
Excellent reception service and location.
Rooms clean Good wifi Atencion of staffs Breakfast
no clean, too much noise in the night
Location, cleanliness, staff
The location is perfect! The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful... they all speak good English, and the girl on the reception speaks also French. We also liked the breakfast...
The property is quite old and untidy.. our room was on the first flour and the window was to the room where all the cleaners, rags, mops etc were stored. Totally no fresh air and no sunlight.
Location is fantastic, and breakfast is good
We stayed next near a toilet so for us everytime someone went inside the light would reflect into the room. Also the whole place needs sound proofing we could hear everything, even from the floor above us. Who clearly didn't get much sleep either. The room was small and we except this for the price of 20 euro but what with no sleep whats so ever I would of rather of paid more and got some sleep. If your willing to put up with the sounds of everyone in the hotel plus the sound of the pipes ( water from either showers or there taps then this is the place for you
Good location, nice staff
Noisy. Had a double bed instead of the 2 single beds booked (which was really a problem in our case). Really not practical bathroom.
Aitor, the guy at the reception, was very very nice with us
Normally I don't leave bad comments on hostels but in this case...The room was horrible (a triple room instead of a double with a bunk bed put in front of the window!), very dirty with so many hair on the floor. The boss of the hostel is the most unkind person I have ever met. With the same (low) price you can definitively find other better hostels!
The staff was nice and able to speak english quite good. We can use the kitchen anytime. Free coffe and tea available all the time. And of course the location is perfect. They also allowed us to keep our luggage after checking out.
The room was next to a storage room with a window in between, and the smell was very bad. There was no table or cupboard at all in our room. We think that this room is not rent worthed, and the owner should not rent it to the guest anymore.
Very friendly staff, the terrace had amazing views and having a (well equipped) kitchen was an added bonus.
They didn't respond to emails.
Great location close to city center Good place preferably for young travelers
Photos do not reflect reality Windows facing hotel corridors Tiny rooms Even through the closed door almost the whole hotel can be heard
I had been expecting a hotel and for this reason paid more than I would have had for a 'pension' or 'hostal', but this felt more hostel like. The room also did not have air conditioning.
Location in old town ...
No Aircon, very hot during night
Location and some members of the staff
Constant noise both from the neighbors and from the street. Facilities - we thought "shared bathroom" is for two rooms as we have seen in some other countries, but in Spain it is for many rooms. Climbing to the fifth floor without elevator.
Perfect location at a stone's throw from the Cathedral in the very heart of Granada. Good wifi connection, nice hot shower. Breakfast could be better, but it was still ok
Horrible noise outside! Especially if you are unlucky to be on the first floor. Be sure to have ear plugs - your sleep savers. Otherwise, the hotel is good for the price
