I had free wi-fi in my room.
The staff don't speak English. Sometimes the shower wasn't hot. There's only two bathrooms for all guests. There's no kitchen or social area.
Everything, the place was really nice and very clean, for our two nights stay on budget absolutely ideal, nothing fancy but great for nonslob backpackers. It is really close to city center, a lot of great places nearby, easy navigation around, safe (there was a heavy lock on the door and we got our own keys from the house, the pension and two keys for the room.
Maybe a bit noisy in the evenings, but earplugs solved this problem, I didn't like they have plastic sheet under the linen, but from hygienic point of view it was understandable. Matress is too soft for my preferences, but I slept well anyway. It's 3rd floor no elevator and the place is tiny, so no good for heavy packed people, one backpack is ideal.
Trying to give what you need
Bedbugs Can't speak English
Cheap, not far from city center
A little hard to communicate by English, the hot water of the shower room will be not hot sometimes. And the WiFi sometimes doesn't work.
Staff very friendly and helpful .Everything kept very clean . The room was quite cramped but bright, airy and was adequate for a short stay.Good fast WIFI. The location is good , very short walk from Tribunal Metro . There are bars, shops and restaurants all around.
Very good location, kind staff, clean, confortable and silent room.
The staff is really friendly, great location
very clean lively neighborhood central location cheap
tiny bed; too short for me (I'm 1m83)
Difficult to find at night
Place was clean and very close to businesses, pubs, restaurants and more. Metro is a 3 minute walk.
Beds are not really comfy. After a few nights you can start feeling it.
excellent location, close to metro, coffee machine in the hallway, very clean, budget price
only 2 bathrooms for more than 20 people, no sinks in room so wait time was very long for bathroom, cigarette smell in hallways, small rooms with no lounge or cmmon area
Great price in a location with plenty of interesting restaurants and cafes. Seemed clean and secure, including the shared bathroom. Desk clerk was willing to watch our bags for us for a few hours after we checked out.
The street door buzzer is not clearly marked.
I feel good for nearly all aspects for the low price.
The room beside the bathroom will be a little noisy when someone is using water.
Location. Wifi. Private fridge in the room. FlatscreenTV -- only Spanish channels, but have hdmi port.
Extremely noisy. Walls are paper-thin (likely drywall). You can hear your neighbour's tv even at a low level. If anyone does anything around you, you will wake up. Bed provided for two people is very small (120-130cm wide). You get one long pillow and one blanket. Rooms are pretty much the size of the bed plus 1-1.5m each direction.
It was at a very good place: close to mertro station. Also it was easy to leave early: just left the keys in the lock.
We were very close the owner's room and a lot of noise was filtered through the doors. Also it was impossible to close the door withoutout locking it.
we liked the quarter pretty much we could go on foot everywhere
the lack of sound insulation -we could hardly sleep on the first night. after we bought earplugs :) really small room, with really short bed.
very cost effective clean good location
the room is very very small more suitable to a single traveller then to a couple
Easy to find, just off the ring road...simple, clean, efficient...and good wifi
Might have been nice to have a seat rather than a "poof" to sit on in the room when trying to work with computer, although that said the poof wasn't that bad
Great location, near to Tribunal metro station; property located on the 3rd floor of the building; great place for budget stay. Clean room and clean toilet. Also towels. You receive your own key to the front door so no problems with coming back late in the evening. the owner also agreed to keep our bags for the whole day as we had very late flights - asked to pay 3EUR per room extra - but as it is extra service for him - great that he was ok with keeping the bags anyway :)
The owner speaks English quite poor so be prepared with your body language skills :) anyway - he is a friendly guy.
The bathroom, it was always clean Good wi-fi in the room.
Noise Very small and way too hot room "Staff" do not speak English
Stuff is speaking English, room was clean and light.
good price, perfect location (just 5-6 metro stops from the main train station), near nice Plaza de Mayo (just go down the street), OK bathrooms
no air-conditioning (but cool fans provided), small bed
Clean, nice personnel, close to everything, cheap.
The bed was too small for two persons.
for sleeping=ideal choice, very small but clean, safety and comfortable
we used that for sleeping, in case to spend there more time it is too small, for sleeping it is ideal
