good price, perfect location (just 5-6 metro stops from the main train station), near nice Plaza de Mayo (just go down the street), OK bathrooms
no air-conditioning (but cool fans provided), small bed
Clean, nice personnel, close to everything, cheap.
The bed was too small for two persons.
for sleeping=ideal choice, very small but clean, safety and comfortable
we used that for sleeping, in case to spend there more time it is too small, for sleeping it is ideal
This is the second time I have stayed here and I will definitely stay again. My travelling companion was very pleased. The family who run it don't speak English, but they are caring, and the rooms are very clean. It is close to Tribunal metro and the neighbourhood is lively and friendly. We stayed for a whole week - very comfortable for under 30 euro a night per room. Note it is on the 3rd floor of an old apartment building with no lift, but it has a very nice vibe.
Some noise from other guests, but it is a pensione after all. Wifi can be a little unreliable at times.
Clean, comfortable and very close to the metro station.
Even the location is good and close to the metro station, but the hostel doesnt have a big sign . So u hv to look for it very carefully.
really nice place to stay for one or two nights in the city.
The accomodation is very close to everything in the citycenter. Our host were really kind and we get everything we needed. Thank you very much for to making our journey more unforgettable!
The only problem was the Wi-Fi what could have worked more properly.
Price, location, daily bed cleaning.
Noise allowed till late. Some people listening music till 00:30 very high and staff say nothing
it is near to the Metro and to the center of Madrid It is very cheap and very clean.
the wifi was not good enough. cut .. cut .. cut
It was always very clean and the owner helped us a lot. Although there was no kitchen he cooked or rewarmed some puree that we needed for our baby.
We were just on the other side of the bathrooms so it was a bit noisy but that was no big problem at all.
Was excellent location beside metro station and not far from main attractions
there is not enough toilets and showers so this is really uncomfortable in busy hours.
clean, cheap, good location
Great location and rooms were kept very clean. Note that this is a very small establishment and you must be buzzed up to the third floor on arrival.
The doors on the rooms were not soundproof and the wi-fi didn't work for more than a few ninutes despite repeated requests to have it fixed.
bathroom clean (brand new)
room close to the bathroom very ++ noisy (to avoid if you want to sleep !)
Place is very convenient, just one line from Chamartín railway station and near the metro station. There are small shops near by like second hand shop, small cafe, walk distance to Sol. Staff live in a hostel so you can be check in anytime before you notice them, you can leave luggage for free after check-out. room is small but well organised. shower is not worm enough for me but the room is very hot like Hawaii, so it's OK.
Wi-fi disconnect very often. narrow corridor. room near to us they are very noisy at midnight but staff did not come to stop! and our room was next to bathroom it was noisy for boiler for hot water.
Doesn't meet standards of civilized world!! - only 2 toilets/WC for ca. 30 guests,- you can imagine what happens e.g. in the morning! 3rd floor with no lift, the room for 2 person is 8m2 and the bed is 1,80 x 0,90m! No kitchen facilities, the staff doesn't speak foreign languages. very noisy all the night. WiFi very slowly.
Welcoming frontdesk staff. Though we only checked in for shagging all night long it was an OK place
Just one bathroom for all the rooms.
The reception is very friendly.
The first floor smells.
very nice location, surrounded by cool bars and cafes, walking distance to the centre
there is no kitchen, which is really bothering, you have no place to prepare the food or eat it, neither to store it, in our room was no fridge there is also no common room, so you will not meet other guests, which is something i normally like about hostels, that you can meet new interesting people, but not here
Everything else. It was horrible, very expensive for what they offer. I think its the worst room I have stayied in europe.
Not a bad room for the price. Stayed in two rooms: for three and for four persons. Room for three persons has no free space at all, but there is refrigerator. Two separate toilets. Room for four persons has more free space and there two bunk beds.
It would be good if hostel have a small kitchen with kettle.
Booked late when missed my onward bus. 19 euros for a double room which was clean, spacious and hostal easy to find. Would recommend for anyone needing a good nights sleep in central Madrid.
Nice location, very near to lot of restaurants and metro station. Staff is very helpful.
Rooms are in third floor and no elevator. Shared bathroom sometime leads to long waiting time. Staff doesn't speak english, but he is helpful. Wifi doesn't work properly in the corner rooms.
